i didn’t have an appointment and was still in and out in under thirty minutes (and the waiting room was full!!). the woman at the front desk was awesome. i wish i had gotten her name, because she was, like, day-making-ly wonderful.
alex drew my blood, and he was excellent. i have teeny tiny little tricky veins that people have struggled to draw blood from in the past, but alex did it no prob. it was super quick, painless, and i could tell i was in good hands. plus, he seemed like a good dude.
i was a little nervous because of the bad reviews i’d seen for various other labcorps, but i can say with confidence that i had nothing to worry about at this location. they were great. totally recommend!”

“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

“Best Quest testing facility I have used in Los Angeles.
They were much faster than other test sites and had I think three testers. I forgot my doctor sent the authorization to another facility which would not accept appointments for two weeks so I chose this one so they had no orders. They told me to ask my doctor to FAX the order which I did and 15 minutes later I was done.”
“I forgot the young lady's name but she was in room #4. She was friendly, warm, professional. I showed her where it's easiest to draw blood from me. She listened and got it first time. Was super gentle. Didnt feel a thing. Didn't leave a bruise. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I hope I get her every time!!”
“I went to the El Monte CA location on Tellstar. This locatin is open on Saturdays . Perfect for me because I work on Saturdays mornings. Was seen within 5 minutes of being there. Very nice.”

“We just didn’t understand the process, it’s such a difficult thing to deal with, and so we had questions that only an autopsy would answer. Why did my family member pass away so suddenly? Why aren’t “they” doing an autopsy? Sure, my dad had a bad heart condition, but this felt so suddenly that we needed exact and accurate answers.
1800 Autopsy helped us find the answers we needed, and we are now able to have his death certificate changed.
They called us with the report fast, and explained that the actual report would take some time to get to us, which was fine. I would highly recommend 1800 Autopsy if you need answers.”

“I’ve had good experiences so far with Four Tech Lab. Alex is An outstanding phlebotomist his 20+ years definitely shows through. The in-house service is wonderful For me easy simple in and out Always very Cordial. I would highly recommend this service for your PCP to Utilize. For last two years I’ve been nothing but a pincushion it seems like and Alex has made everything not like a pin cushion very gentle especially to seniors like me at 74. Thanks for the great service FTL. I always like Giving my business to the small business owner as I was one for 40 years. Keep up the great and efficient work Thank you”
“The woman that helped me was amazing and deserves to be recognized though I never got her name. I had an appointment and upon sitting down we went through and realized my doctor never sent in the blood test request. I had fasted and was so tired and had to wait until 8am for my doctor’s office to open to call them and get it sent over. The woman helping me was so nice, understanding and made sure I was seen as soon as possible even though it took an hour to get this handled. I felt so cared for from her checking on me to see what happened, telling me the fax still hasn’t gone through etc. and she was super quick and painless in taking my blood once the paperwork went through. She made a frustrating experience (which was not her fault it was my doctor’s) into a really wonderful one. Really regret not getting her name because she deserves a shoutout.”

What really sets him apart is the time he takes with you—he actually sits down and talks with you at length, answering questions in depth and making sure you fully understand what’s going on and how he can help.
You never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and approaches care thoughtfully instead of just pushing you out the door. Dr. Austin is the kind of doctor you hope to find but rarely do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who is smart, patient, and genuinely great at what he does.”

“Very convenient location inside the Walgreens at the corner of Lake and Del Mar. It is best to go online to check appointment availability as well as lab services. I was able to walk in in the morning without an appointment. I checked in using the convenient kiosk along the wall. Wait time was about 40 minutes. I was called into the office by the clinician. She administered my tests quickly and efficiently. The clinic area was clean and well organized. All paperwork was double checked before I left with a friendly goodbye. Disappointing that Labcorp is closed Saturday and Sunday.”

“I always have a good experience at this lab. Hint: make an online reservation and enter necessary data at that time. Once you get to the lab you can tap one icon on your smart phone and you’re checked in. Yesterday, 3-16-26, I was seen and blood was drawn before my scheduled res time. Employees are professional and draws are painless.”
“*I've been getting my blood sample drawn at this particular location for 10 years now. The Chinese technician is very, very skilful, friendly and efficient!?!? The 'Men's Room' is always clean too.*Usually there's a relatively long line at 8:00am as most people want to get it over with their required "fasting" and be able to get breakfast as soon as possible. To avoid wasting time to wait in line, I've found out that I would be the only one there when I arrive around 11:00am.”
“When you need lab work done ASAP, this location is the place to go! I was trying to make an appointment for routine blood testing. There were no appts for 1 1/2 weeks! I decided to take a chance and just walk in. When I arrived at 7:30am when it opened, I had 4 people in line in front of me and it happened that all the machines to check in were down!! The staff was very professional and handled the paperwork manually. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was called back. The technician, Angel, that drew my blood was very efficient and friendly. He explained there use to be another lab open in San Gabriel but since it has closed, they are even busier! He had a very nice personality! He did not even hurt when he inserted the needle! I have had other technicians that really hurt!! I was able to get out of there within 45 minutes without an appt. I was so relieved to have my blood work done before my doctor appointment in a couple weeks! Thank you again Angel!! You did a great job!”

The cleaning staff has been very cordial and helping me retain boxes when I was going through a clean out. “B” that I meet on a Saturday, thoughtful and kind. “Fast, clean and efficient service. Staff is focused and diligent. Lab has multiple rooms for blood draw. Rooms are clean, well lit and well organized. Appointments are recommended for faster service. Not sure if there's parking available in the building? But parking is available on the side street outside the lab location.”
“I needed urgent care and found this place after hours. There been a lot of bad reviews but my experience was top notch as the attending physician addressed my child's needs and prescribed accordingly. Wait was minimal and facility is clean and modern. I'd use them again if my kid had an issue.”
