Of course, I made an appointment, and from check-in to the very end, the entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I read a lot of the reviews beforehand, and I noticed many people complaining about wait times. However, that's something you can expect pretty much anywhere when you walk in without an appointment. Some people are just so entitled & love to complain about everything!
Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant, especially the beautiful lady with the curly hair. She really stood out and made my experience even better.
Throughout my pregnancy, I had my blood drawn here regularly by the beautiful curly hair girl and every single time, it was completely painless! HANDS DOWN, SHE'S THE BEST!
I've had my blood drawn here by a few other phlebotomists in the past, but honestly, nobody compares to her (curly hair). She's so skilled that I specifically chose her every single time I needed my blood drawn.

“Totally confused at the bad reviews. Went here for a TB test for employment reasons, the secretary was very nice and professional. All I did was fill out a form and I was helped within minutes instantly. The Doctor who helped me was very kind and made me feel comfortable! It was a quick process and I was out within 5 minutes. She even offered to come in on a holiday to match my schedule for the results. They do only accept cash but they have an ATM at the entrance if needed. I’m from AZ so I didn’t have insurance and the price was reasonable, $40 for it all.
The only time I felt uncomfortable was by the amount of older people staring at me in the lobby LOL either way it’s not something they can control which is understandable. All in all great place and great service :)”

“I might be only twelve years of age and never got needles in my knees for Stem Cells but I come to this place almost everyday and everytime I come past the lobby and I see all their employee's working - I can tell they're working really hard. Everyone is at work for about 8 hours a day and another 4 hours at home. I never stop hearing the phone ringer go off! It's none stop. - This is also a multi-language business which is awesome! I sometimes help my mom with very small things like : cleaning up the offices or writing down her agenda on the whiteboard. I'm very limited right now for doing this stuff because I am currently doing many sports. - but so far... this place saves lives and will continue its great works. Thanks for letting me say my opinion.”

The in-house service is wonderful For me easy simple in and out Always very Cordial. I would highly recommend this service for your PCP to Utilize. For last two years I’ve been nothing but a pincushion it seems like and Alex has made everything not like a pin cushion very gentle especially to seniors like me at 74. “I've been to this location twice in the past month. Both visits were super smooth and quick! You can easily check in using their electronic screen, which supports multiple languages, including Chinese. The staff here is fantastic—friendly, professional, and they got my blood drawn on the first try with little bit pain. The only downside is that parking is very limited, but I got lucky and found a spot both times. Overall, a great experience!”

“We just didn’t understand the process, it’s such a difficult thing to deal with, and so we had questions that only an autopsy would answer. Why did my family member pass away so suddenly? Why aren’t “they” doing an autopsy? Sure, my dad had a bad heart condition, but this felt so suddenly that we needed exact and accurate answers.
1800 Autopsy helped us find the answers we needed, and we are now able to have his death certificate changed.
They called us with the report fast, and explained that the actual report would take some time to get to us, which was fine. I would highly recommend 1800 Autopsy if you need answers.”

Dr. Austin is a young modern MD - at St. George’s Medical Clinic is truly outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about his patients. What really sets him apart is the time he takes with you—he actually sits down and talks with you at length, answering questions in depth and making sure you fully understand what’s going on and how he can help.
You never feel rushed, dismissed, or talked down to. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, and approaches care thoughtfully instead of just pushing you out the door. Dr. Austin is the kind of doctor you hope to find but rarely do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who is smart, patient, and genuinely great at what he does.”

“Just had testing done here at the location in Glendale for insurance purposes. The building was easy to find (the one pictured) and parking right across the street was inexpensive and easy to access. The cast of parking was $1.50 an hour. I paid for the full hour just in case my appointment ran long. You can pay using quarters or the dollar coins, or use card. The elevator was still being repaired, but when I got to the staircase I ran into a kind woman who I asked if the suite was up there and she gave me directions ( exit first floor upturn left, take first right and it's the last door to the right.) there weren't any clients inside. I just walked up to the front desk and Jonathan told me he'd be right with me after confirming my appointment. It was a short wait (3 minutes). Before I go on, I should mention that I'm super anxious having blood drawn and Jonathan did an excellent job making me comfortable. He asked me some medical questions which was the longest part of the appointment. The questionnaire was a standard medical questionnaire and Jonathan fills it out to make sure everything is cover so the insurance company won't have any issues. He even doubled checked it after the I completed all of the testing. He check my blood pressure three times for insurance purposes. I went to the restroom for the urine part of the test. I know someone mentioned that the restroom smelled, but that review was 5 years ago and the restroom I used was very clean and there was no smell. I'm a clean freak and I felt very comfortable. Jonathan then took my blood and was super quick and professional. It was completely painless and he made sure the area was okay before bandaging it and that I felt ok before leaving. I felt it was important to leave this because my experience was really good and I want to make sure others with the same fears I have know this place and the employees ( at least that I interacted with) were professional and helpful) and that the building is clean and accessible.
