“Been coming here for alignment for years and tell my friends and family to bring their car here, straightforward honest professional service. This time I had an issue with my alignment after it was done, so I brought it back. The lady who I usually speak with was very patient and helpful, she asked Peter a master mechanic to show me what was going on. It turned out the alignment was done so good essentially, that it pointed out other issues such as with my control arm bushing, which may have been dangerous to drive on. This could have prevented serious issues down the line, God forbid. Thank you United Auto!!”

They seem to have experience with all sorts of brands of cars and all types of work (cosmetic, maintenance, collisions). I’ve had instances with them where they will follow-up to check in on my car to ensure the quality of their work holds - something I super appreciate. Overall the staff is super reliable and Oscar in particular is exceptional.
