“Me and my finance went to the Verizon located in Millbrae I believe it’s a 3rd party of Verizon however they were not pleasant or helpful at all so we decided to come to one of the actual Corporate stores located here in South San Francisco and their was definitely a difference in how we were taken care of. Chrissie met us with the best service and made sure all our needs were met an that we were being understood an helped in the way we needed. Thank you Chrissie and Thank you Verizon for Her.”
“We just got our install completed by James (I think, my name recollection is terrible). He was great, fast, and helped set up our router and test speeds. We immediately increased available speeds atleast 3X and even more on the upload while paying a 1/3 the price. Looking forward to using the service!”

“Had to come to this location to return my cable box. I decided to cut the cord and cancel my cable service. We only use their fastest internet especially since all we do is stream. All we do is watch YouTube, Prime Video, Paramount and Netflix. No problem. Just returned and that was it. Service was excellent. Had to wait around 5 mins before someone helped me.”

“Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any needs we have. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service!”
“Outstanding Service from Steven and Allen at Stonestown Xfinity!
We visited the Stonestown Xfinity store on a Friday afternoon to ask about international phone service, and we were lucky to be greeted by Steven—an absolute gem! He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and clarity.
While reviewing our current plan, Steven discovered we were eligible for a credit that allowed us to add an Apple Watch and upgrade our plan—without increasing our monthly payment. What a pleasant surprise! We chose the model and color, and began pairing it with our existing iPhone 11. Since our phone wasn’t updated, the process took quite a while, but Steven remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout. He never made us feel awkward about our older device—instead, he guided us through every step, including troubleshooting, restarting, and syncing.
Allen, the store manager, also jumped in to assist with the pairing and upgrade process. Allen provided the new iPhone information to us with the detailed payment plan. Both Steven and Allen worked seamlessly together with other associates, staying past closing time to make sure every detail was handled. We were the last customers to leave the store. It was already dark outside, but we left feeling so uplifted—not just because we had new phones and watches, but because we received truly exceptional service.
During our visit, we saw other returning customers drop by just to say thank you to Steven - proof that this team builds real relationships under Allen’s leadership.

It's been a few months now and everything is good with my new T-mobile plan and phone ( did I mention I got their special Free iPhone giveaway ) - awesome. “Awesome provider. So happy to finally ditch Xfinity! I used to have ATT and I missed having symmetrical bandwidth. Installers were great. Gigabit DL is accurate, Upload is a little slower but it's a fantastic improvement (~600Mb/s). Only downside is no IPv6 support (in my area at least).”
