“This is my favorite place to work out. It’s super efficient, effective and fun. Each class is approximately 57 minutes of exercise and a few minutes of stretching. You don’t have to plan what to do; just show up and follow the coach’s instructions. The exercises vary every day.

The workout involves a combination of three elements: 1) weight training on the floor, where each person has a bench, set of dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, and bosu; 2) running or walking on the treadmill; and 3) rowing. If you can’t do treadmill or rower there are also a couple bikes and a stepper.

Visual instructions are displayed on video screens for the floor exercises. Coaches help with modifications if you have orthopedic issues.

People of all different ages and abilities go to this gym. You “compete” with yourself, not with others. You adjust your own weights and treadmill speed and incline depending on how hard you want to push yourself. Coaches provide gentle encouragement and form correction. Over time you will see improvement.

The coaches are all great at this location. If you’re curious, try a workout and there’s absolutely no pressure to join or commit to a longterm membership.”

Megan and Liz were amazing — they were so attentive to all the kids, took the time to remember everyone’s names, and made sure each child felt included and engaged. They really knew how to work with kids of different ages, keeping things fun and organized the entire time.

The staff was also super accommodating and made everything run smoothly, which we really appreciated as parents. “Glad that I found this gym! It's a hidden gem located in industrial area. But I especially love that there're plenty of parking spots in the lot! This is totally different from other boutique gyms in downtown areas.Got a nice solid 60-min workout there, friendly coach and spacious gym for sure. Also found it nice to have the bag and bench placed together, so we don't have to move back and force to different spots during classes.”

Not only do they have all the equipment one might need (including turf, a sled, even a designated area for med ball throws), but they also have amenities (lockers, showers, sauna, ice bath) and small touches around the space that show someone really had their clientele in mind when putting it all together (reusable water bottles ready to use, towels). “This is one of the best gyms in the area, and I would say even more luxurious than the bay club. It's clean, has all the facilities you need, swimming pool, rock wall, weights, and class. I was lucky enough to have membership due to my employer. The staff is super nice and friendly as well, and always helpful. They also provide free services like body/fat assessment and suggested workout routine. Only wish they can stay open until 8, and open on the weekends. That just shows how great the gym is.”

“nice, clean, updated recreation facility that has multi-use day & night, all year round. inside the building, there is an indoor basketball court that can double as a dance floor/multi-purpose room. there are also separate classrooms to be used for teaching dance, strength classes, etc. there are separate men's & women's restrooms and locker rooms. outside, there is a softball field, basketball court, and track & field stadium, all fitted with lights, so activities can continue after sunset. the track & field stadium has bleachers on one side, with a multi-use field for football, soccer, bootcamp and other activities. the track is perfect for runners and walkers alike. there is a restroom structure and water fountain at the front entrance of the stadium. for parking, there is dedicated lot parking right outside the main building extending all the way down to the softball field. you may also park along middlefield road on the weekends (most hours mon-fri, you may not park along middlefield, lest you wish to be towed). side streets are usually available for parking, just check the signs before you do so! conveniently located near 101 & shoreline, and a short drive from downtown mountain view.”
