“They were so helpful and patient both days we went in. We found the perfect living room set and mattress set for our adult daughter. They delivered everything and we paid a small fee to have the old stuff removed. The delivery guys were so nice and professional as well. They even offered to put the bedding on and the dog cover on our couch. We later, priced out the beauty rest set we got our daughter and paid far less than we would have anywhere else we looked. So we feel like we really got a great deal with above and beyond service from purchase to delivery. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks where we got our gorgeous living room.”

“The Ultimate in Customization and Customer Service! My wife and I were looking to get our Pottery Barn Sofa recovered. We were thrilled to discover Faviola and Sofa Interiors. This was exactly the store we were looking for. Our old sofa was in bad shape with cats using it a scratching post and the covering was stained and no longer able to get clean. We were amazed at the vast selection on fabrics. Faviola had great suggestions for fabric options that would stand up to cats and teenagers. Surprisingly, she suggested outdoor fabric that we would never have considered but then we felt it and loved the durability and it was surprisingly softer than anticipated.
They coordinated a truck to pick up the couch and would assess the interior cushions and let us know. We thought that the cushions were fine but then we were told that they were not in great shape, they gave us the option to keep them or to change them. We visited the store and sat in almost every couch and realized how terrible our current cushions were and how amazingly supportive new and firm cushions could be so we opted for extra firm knowing that over time they soften.
We ordered the couch in November with the hope we would get it by Christmas but we weren’t sure since it was a big job and also needed new cushions. Sure enough, Scott did not let us down and it was delivered before family arrived right before Christmas! Even though he delivered it in the evening and could have rushed out, but he took the time to perfectly place and push in each cushion and explained rotating cushions and cleaning stains to maintain the couch so it looks and feels great for a long time. Our new couch was definitely the best Christmas gift for the entire family. We were so pleased with the experience that we are assessing other furniture that we need to replace or repair so we can do this all again!”

From the moment of my initial phone call he was on the case! He was great with communication which is very important to me. He was very knowledgeable about finding out which couch we had and to find out what part we needed. He worked directly with Palliser to find out exactly what reclining mechanism we needed. “We had a set from Caluco for over 10 years which has held up beautifully over the years. We recently purchased more and replaced all of the cushions with a custom, commercial fabric to withstand the constant, high traffic guests. I found Idali to be honest, reliable, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and quick to respond. She sent me fabric samples and I went visited their factory to see other examples in person. Their product is well made, high quality and worth the investment. The delivery crew was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. They worked with my time frame and even came in before the deadline. I love how our project came out and highly recommend Caluco due to their high quality work!”

“I've ordered from them over the phone but this was my first time visiting the "showroom". If you can find it that is. The front door has signs stating the "showroom" entrance is behind the building. The entrance is not in the rear like the sign says it's to the right where it says employees only. It's just a couple desks in the middle of the warehouse but the girl is there to answer questions. They offer a large stock of various sizes, shapes and finishes of nailheads which is fantastic when you do a large volume of custom furniture. The prices seem very reasonable. While there I also saw a ton of tassel fringe/trim as well. Definitely worth checking out if you need large quantiies or specialty nail heads.”

She had me try several beds before l decided to buy one. Loretta didn't push me to buy a bed, she let me take my time to decided on the bed l wanted. My son compare prices on his phone with other companies they couldn't beat their price. Loretta made it easy for me to buy a bed. She is a very nice lady and easy to talk too. The men who deliver my bed were so fast and clean up the packing. They did their job so well and show me how my bed works before leaving. Ask if l had any questions regarding the bed. The wait time is pretty good too. There have been times when I have placed an order on the app and it was ready before the 2 hours they say it usually takes.”
“Nice door. Typical Target layout. Very friendly cashier. Actually I would say that the lady who helped me was above and beyond kind. I wish I would’ve taken note of her name. She did have a wrist brace on and she did ask to pet my dog who was in the cart and she was very kind and acknowledging my dog and in having a quick and courteous conversation with me. If more Target’s staffed the front end with employees like her, the company would be better off.”
