“I could find no internet information how to remove the armrests from my medical breakthrough 7 massage chair, and the manual’s installation directions were sketchy to put it kindly. After two hours, however I gave up and called customer support expecting the endless checklists and delays that have become typical of customer support departments. NOT SO WITH MEDICAL Breakthrough. I got a real person (no AI) who instantly understood what I wanted to do. No checklists! Instead I got assistance from a technician in the form of a wonderful clear, detailed, step by step video. The armrests were off in five minutes! And the engineering was elegant and customer focused. The chair easily passed through my narrow doorway. Thank you Medicalbreakthrough for the stellar customer service, and an extremely reliable chair I’ve enjoyed almost every day for the past three years.”

“Just received our $16,000 front entry doors and windows. Top quality. These will make a huge statement to our new home. It took 9 months but was worth the wait. We visited the showroom in Valencia California last April 2023 and ordered them. So be patient. Worth the wait. EDDIE is the owner is great, Courtney is the anchor of communications. When in doubt talk to her. She always returned called and kept us informed. She needs a raise and promotion. She has earned our repeat business. Luciano the driver who delievered our doors from S.Cal to North Oregon Coast was over the top. He had multiple stops to keep tarps on to protect from rain, and road grime. Took extra care. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww. “I've ordered from them over the phone but this was my first time visiting the "showroom". If you can find it that is. The front door has signs stating the "showroom" entrance is behind the building. The entrance is not in the rear like the sign says it's to the right where it says employees only. It's just a couple desks in the middle of the warehouse but the girl is there to answer questions. They offer a large stock of various sizes, shapes and finishes of nailheads which is fantastic when you do a large volume of custom furniture. The prices seem very reasonable. While there I also saw a ton of tassel fringe/trim as well. Definitely worth checking out if you need large quantiies or specialty nail heads.”
