More help on the floor for customers who have questions or need assistance in finding things. The bakery department declined my cake order two days prior to the event because the decorator was on vacation. I had to go to the other store location and was also turned down because the cake orders needed to be in 3 days prior. I'd ordered before in the past with 24 hrs notice. I was highly disappointed and my son didn't have a cake on his 8th birthday party.”
