“While I was a bit annoyed with the low shower stall wall, the bed was clean, the floor was clean, & the space was comfortable for my cat & I. I realize this motel is relatively cheap, but, in attempt to be understanding, it may be running on a limited budget. And this place sure as hell had a lot more peace & quiet than home.”

“I was after a simple, clean, reliable hotel located close to the freeway, and this exactly suited my needs. Only reason for the 4 stars for location is that you can hear street traffic, but wasn't a problem for me. Would definitely stay again if I need a hotel in the Sunnyvale area.”
“Good Value, Nice Staff. I really liked the evening happy hour and the bar tender (not sure of her name) was very friendly and had a great attitude. I was disappointed the jacuzzi wasn't working. I stayed here a couple of times and was told it was being fixed but it never happened over several months.”

“This was a nice place to stay and more parking was available because there did not appear to be a lot of occupants on a weekday. I like any room with carpet. I always check to make sure there is hot water from the sink and shower, before using them. The chairs did not have a soft backrest, but using one of the pillows helped. Bring a pair of slippers, a clock, and some liquid soap.”

“The newly renovated hotel is nice. The rooms were large and well equipped and the free breakfast is very very good my only complaints are the room keys. You have to have them redone every couple days which is a pain in ass when your staying there 11 nights! Also the window to eat breakfast is only 2 hours where most hotels give you 3 hours.”

“Wonderful breakfasts each morning. Our TV remote control did NOT work and the desk clerk was unable or unwilling to help. The hotel is new, and while the rooms are small, they are very clean and well maintained. The staff except for the singularly inept desk clerk are very pleasant and accommodating. Both my husband and I are mobility impaired but have very little trouble getting around the hotel.”

“We stayed down here for a 49er game vs the Chicago bears, and the service was immaculate, our original room had trouble with lights and toilet was clogged from the get go, but they managed to give us a new room within 5 mins of reporting it. Only downside to this hotel is the room quality, the room we got second hand had ants in the restroom and the towels were stained, other than that I recommend, the location is perfect for a 49er game at Levi stadium. Will definitely come back again.”

I made a reservation for Motel Six on Ahwanee Street in Sunnyvale. As usual, 90 percent of Motel 6s are located next to a Dennys restaurant. It's good if only staying 1 -3 days, but longer, look for other restaurants options.
Anyhoo, I was Not content with the service. When I called a couple of hours prior to my arrival, the woman told me her name was Vanessa. When I arrived, the woman at the desk said there wasn't a Vanessa working there and perhaps the phone lines get crossed with the Motel Six directly across the street.
I told her I wanted to pay with my Visa Debit card and put in My Pin #. She said she did Not know how to do it, but the East Indian man would know when he arrives. I decided to go look at the Motel 6 next to Burger King restaurant. It was very nice.
23 minutes later, I went back to the first M6. He was there. He wanted me to fill out a long damn silly questionnaire as if I was a criminal or terrorist to rent. Motel 6 are Not Hilton, Holiday Inn, Crown or Radisson hotels.
I left and stayed at 775 North Matilda. Indians Gopeh and Deepu was great, very vice and so was the Italian man working there.
If I return again, I will make sure, I stay 775 N. Matilda.

“The internet goes out all the time. In the 4 rooms I've stayed in over 3 months the blinds are torn or broken and can't get them to shut all the way. And there has been human feces on the wall in the parking garage for months. Oh and the pipes leak into the parking garage from time to time.... staff is nice.”
