“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. What stood out the most was how patient and detailed he was in explaining everything. He made sure I fully understood all the services available and what options would work best for my situation, without rushing me at all.
Howie also has a great personality — he communicates in such a natural, engaging, and warm way. You can tell he truly enjoys helping customers. His positive attitude and bright smile made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.

I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. “The new hard drive on my laptop uses Windows 11 has been a nightmare and I couldn't get my old reliable printer connected to it. Just in time for income tax info to be sent to my accountant, of course, so I made paper copies of everything in a public library, went to Staples & bought a new thumb drive & employees helped to get my documents scanned (which I went back to the library and transmitted). Staples and the employees were the only good thing in this otherwise techno-nightmare.”

I was shipping a pretty large dried flower arrangement and didn’t have the appropriate box size. She carries many different boxes from S - XXXL. Thank god she had a 20x20x20 box because I would’ve been screwed.

“Love having this mailbox express in our neighborhood. Friendliest and most efficient service you can find anywhere. I would like to mention one employee in particular, her name is Beth. She has been there quite a few years and she knows her job like the back of her hand. Beth always welcomes every customer with a smile and knows many by their names. It’s like going to a country store where everyone knows everyone. With all the services they have to offer there’s no need to stand in long lines at the U.S. post office, UPS stores and other mailing service centers. “I have been to this UPS store dozens of times and have always received excellent service. Adrian and Andrew, in particular, are exceptional. These two professionals could manage and run an office services center in a large corporation or law office. In the many many times I have been there I have only experienced and witnessed 5-star quality service. Accurate printing, copying, scanning, shipping, notarizing, explaining, are all provided with genuine courteousy, helpfulness and kindness. I leave there with a smile on my face every time. This store is a go to!”
