“I just wanted to say I cannot emphasize enough on how knowledgeable and friendly Kristina is. She has always had answers above and beyond any questions I have. She remembers the smallest details and recognizes people, despite that I will stop by the store only a couple times a year, if even. Plus, she's genuinely kind on top of it. She is such an incredibly stellar employee. I have absolutely no idea what her pay is, but I can easily say she's worth even more than that. When I need new glasses/lenses, I will be returning to the Temecula location specifically because of the amazing service she's provided EVERY time I stop by.”

“I genuinely wish I could write this type of review for more places that I shop from. This was my first experience with Friar Tux and from my first call to just now, when I dropped off my rental, it's been a true pleasure. My first visit, I was greeted and shown the different suits that were for rent. From there, they did measurements and in a little over 12 hours (maybe even less) I was notified that my suit was ready to be picked up. I did a test fit the next day. The measurements were spot on. Every detail I asked for they did. I just dropped off the suit right now and again, my experience was great! I would highly recommend Friar Tux to anyone and will definitely be back. To the staff: thank you very much!”

“Im rating 5 stars, but thats because of the staff.. for prices 1 would give 2 stars.My Son and I LOVE this place!! LOVE ALL HOT TOPIC STORES! ?? Back to school shopping trip was $325.. They COULD lower their prices on their Merch a bit though, ESPECIALLY the prices on their PANTS!! It's a bit RIDICULOUS to pay $59.90 for plain jeans with very faint flames on the bottom. NOT worth it. Just saying... ?”

“I rarely write reviews good or bad but... Addysen was incredible!! I was looking at the jeans, feeling defeated & she totally helped me find several pairs that fit perfectly that I otherwise would have never found. She was patient, attentive & compassionent with me. She even made me a size card so I can always find my size anywhere I go. The world needs more people like her. Whatever she's making, tripple it!!! she's a major asset!! I probably would have walked out of the store empty handed if it hadn't been for her”

“Last week my mom and I went into this Kohls location in Temecula to do some shopping. While we were in the dressing room trying on clothes, my mom received a call from my grandma and answered the phone. Right as she picked up the phone, some woman who walked in after us started yelling, "f$&@'#% A" over and over again. She was getting louder and louder each time and sounded very aggressive so I told my mom to go get a manager. While my mom was doing that I asked her what her deal was and she said that she didn't want to hear my mom "yapping on the phone while she's trying to try on clothes." I of course knew then that this woman was out of her mind. My mom also didn't have the call on speaker and was simply telling my grandma what we were up to. When the manager came in, the insane woman of course shut up. The manager hung out with us to make sure she wouldn't start up again. The woman left the dressing room and the manager followed her to make sure she would leave and not cause any more trouble. The insane woman then started making a scene at the front of the store and the manager smelled alcohol on her breathe. She also appeared to be on drugs. The insane woman left the store and the manager was kind enough to come back to the dressing room and tell us she had left. About 10 minutes later the manager came back and told us she had re-entered the store. The insane woman came into the dressing room and told the manager that I was being "a Karen" and then proceeded to yell at me and tell me to "go f$&@ myself." The manager got her out of the dressing room and called the security guard over. The security guard wasn't much help but I wanted to shout out all the women at this Kohls. Lauren, Ellie, Julie, Kim and Leslie all walked my mom and I to the front of the store and basically stood around us since the insane woman was still in the store and we didn't know where she was. They made sure we were safe and walked us out of the store as well and made sure we got into our car with zero issues. The women at this location are amazing!!! Thank you to all of you. You made my mom and I feel safe and looked out for. To the insane woman, you obviously need serious help, and I hope you get it. Being on drugs and drunk at a Kohls on a Wednesday afternoon, harassing a mom and daughter for simply taking a phone call, isn't a good look.”

“Hector is AMAZING!!! He works there, I think he may be the manager. He helped my daughter and I out while we were shopping. He informed us of the app and he let us know that my daughter had credit that she could use if she got the app. He saved us money that day but now we are obsessed with the app He's really knowledgeable about the clothes and prices, and with his amazing personality we'll definitely be back!!!”

“PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous.Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome!Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in.When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile.I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store.4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training.Huge shout out to Collins! “I went to this Foot Locker in spite of its low rating. All the reviews are old anyway so I wanted to give them a shot. I needed a pair of Pickleball shoes and Mason helped me out. He provided me great service while giving me options. When he brought out the shoes I was interim he also brought out another pair in another color. He says that I might like to consider another color. He was right by and I purchased the pair he recommended. I'll be back here for my next pair of shoes!!!”
