“I called the store to see if they carried Size 4X, spoke to a really nice girl. She said yes and even gave me descriptions of some of the shirts they had. We drove down there from Vista, Ca. Walked in and first employee I saw asked where their 4X shirts would be? She said, oh are you the lady that called. I said yes, she said hi I’m Erika, I spoke to you. Immediately she started to show me different shirts. Very helpful to us! We purchased two shirts for a friends birthday gift. That size is hard to find at stores, so we were very grateful to find something. Definitely going back. Great job Erika!”

“Was here this past Friday. Lovely shop. Amazing finds. Prices were awesome on all my vintage Christmas items. Had a slight medical/health issue and the lady ringing me up, sorry I did not get her name, got me a chair and water before I hit the ground. I am so thankful to her for amazing help and understanding. Sent my husband and me to a nice little French bakery for some lunch just what I needed. “I come into this store a lot cause I can't shop for any good stuff at Target lmao. I love shopping here to just have fun and be my weird/nerdy self. I feel so welcomed coming in and feel like I'm in a safe space. All the employee's are super nice and always have the coolest outfits on, especially this one employee who would wear this Victorian/Vampire goth style wear and I love it. “I came here on 11/20 because I needed a king box spring for my new bed. Mor outlet was ridiculously overpriced. I found two twin xl box springs for $72 each. There was a recycling fee but I got out under $200 vs the $350 plus Mor wanted. I loaded them in the back of my CX 5. The guy gave me twine to hold my trunk closed and it worked well to get me home.”
“Cathe is a gem. This store started in 1977, (I believe), in Carlsbad, with the original name of Aphrodite's Closet, and has been serving up timeless Goddess attire ever since. Cathe personally oversees the hand curated collection, which consists of everything from high function, feminine pieces that go with everything, to fully assembled, accessorized looks that make you feel like you're just absolutely fabulous and just walked out of a museum. The store inspires and instructs anyone in the mysterious arts of wearing scarves, and large accessories, and takes special pride in serving customers of all ages and sizes.”
“On 5/24 I went to Torrid needing help to find an outfit for a special occasion. Your employee Stephanie was working. I shop there on a regular basis. I need to acknowledge Stephanie. She went above and beyond helping me find what I need. I don’t think I’ve ever had that type of shopping experience where I felt like someone cared. She needs to be acknowledged because she was absolutely amazing. The store was very busy and she was so attentive and accommodating to everyone that walked in. “Went in the other day to vans to knock some christmas shopping out for my family and the service that I was greeted with was beyond exceptional! The young man Andrew greeted me and assisted me with amazing service, he brought out some great options for my nephew and recommended additional products for my other family members that I needed help with. Checking out at the register was amazing as well the girl Kaylah helped me immensely by ordering some shoes for my parents that they did not have in stock! 10/10 experience thank you Andrew and Kaylah for your wonderful customer service!”
