“Recently visited the store for shoes , unable to find a pair in my size , spoke with Kohl’s Team member ‘Misty’. ‘Misty’ was incredibly helpful , informed me the store does not carry sizes 5, 5.5 women’s shoes , though available online, which is where I originally viewed them, called was told the store has them. Moving forward will order shoes online. Thank you, ‘Misty’ for your professionalism, courtesy , helpfulness.”

“Cathe is a gem. This store started in 1977, (I believe), in Carlsbad, with the original name of Aphrodite's Closet, and has been serving up timeless Goddess attire ever since. Cathe personally oversees the hand curated collection, which consists of everything from high function, feminine pieces that go with everything, to fully assembled, accessorized looks that make you feel like you're just absolutely fabulous and just walked out of a museum. You would never find these looks or unique pieces anywhere else because Cathe has been putting the store assemblage together for decades with a keen artistic eye. The store inspires and instructs anyone in the mysterious arts of wearing scarves, and large accessories, and takes special pride in serving customers of all ages and sizes.”
“On 5/24 I went to Torrid needing help to find an outfit for a special occasion. Your employee Stephanie was working. I shop there on a regular basis. I need to acknowledge Stephanie. She went above and beyond helping me find what I need. I don’t think I’ve ever had that type of shopping experience where I felt like someone cared. She needs to be acknowledged because she was absolutely amazing. The store was very busy and she was so attentive and accommodating to everyone that walked in. “Went in the other day to vans to knock some christmas shopping out for my family and the service that I was greeted with was beyond exceptional! The young man Andrew greeted me and assisted me with amazing service, he brought out some great options for my nephew and recommended additional products for my other family members that I needed help with. “I recently visit Soltanto Japan. I was amazed on the great costumer services, They greet you has soon has you walk into the store which is really rare to see.
