“I drive a VW and had been struggling for over a month to get my backup camera fixed after being in an accident. After several attempts at a body shop where everyone told me they couldn’t fix it, I finally took my car to the VW dealership—and I’m SO glad I did. They figured it out, fixed the issue, gave me a loaner car, and kept me updated the entire time. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and communicative. Even the original quote was about half the amount of a competitor, and by working hard to repair - rather than replace - some expensive parts, they were able to bring the cost down significantly. “This car buying venture was literally the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. My sales person, Kimberly Magglos was the most professional kind & understanding salesperson I’ve ever worked with.
She actually listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. There was minimum negotiating on the price and they came back with exactly what I wanted to pay on the perfect car.
The entire process was painless and quite frankly, a lot of fun, which is unusual for buying a car.
As a bonus, their tech rep is going to come out to my house and program the car so it works with my garage and go through the entire process of the technology with me in my home. This is truly five star, Ritz Carlton Service!
