“Very nice store, good selections from babies to adult, home and travel. A little crowded with merchandise in the aisles at times, changed from checkout at both entrances, to only one checkout at west entrance only and added self checkouts (just remember, on self check to have security tags removed from items, if any)”

“I went in here today with my mother and everything was great amazing environment although we were never greeted we found everything easily and got up to the register there was a lady with an older lady being very demanding about her change back. She had given the cashier change after she had put it into the computer to get exact change. the employee was very nice and understanding amazing service, she started to adjust the ladies change she then went on to check out the older lady she was with and the lady continued to pressure Gabby into "correcting her change". I feel as though this isn't fair to your employees to be told or encouraged to take money after they've already put it into the system seeing as this often results in your drawer over or short when you count it. It is also concerning seeing as though that is stressful employees especially when they're holding a phone three inches away from your phone as you're trying to do your job. Gabby handled the disruption amazingly and deserves some kind of compensation seeing as no employees wanted to help her and she had to then call for help over the intercom afterwards the situation.”

“If you love finding name-brand deals without digging through chaos, Nordstrom Rack delivers. This location is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The moment you walk in, associates usually greet you or offer help as they pass by, which makes the shopping experience feel personal without being pushy.
There’s always something worth grabbing, especially those items you’ve had your eye on but held off buying due to price. Once it hits the rack, it’s a wrap. The rotation of inventory keeps it fresh and fun to browse.
Lines move quickly, and while you might catch a short wait on a busy day, they keep it efficient. The store isn’t loud or overwhelming, and the service is consistently friendly. Plenty of surprise markdowns show up in every section, from clothing to home goods.
The only downside is the shoe section, which can look a little rough later in the day after people dig through it. A bit more upkeep there would help, but it’s not a deal breaker. There were no trip hazards the day I went, and overall, it still felt safe and manageable.

“It's a good store and has good prices for the most part. It's always busy and crowded though. Hard to find some things though, seems like they rearrange the store and relocate items in the store making it hard to find certain things. But overall it's a great store and they usually have what your looking for and more.”

“l'm not a local. I was in the neighborhood and stopped in to buy some snacks and drinks. It was on a late weekend morning. The store was super clean and organized. Items were easy to find and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful. Overall the vibes were good. I have to mention that the women's restroom was poorly constructed. The toilet roll holder was just hooked on rather than anchored. As I was pulling the roll, the entire industrial dispenser fell off the stall wall. I caught that heavy sucker in my arms. I saw that it's only hooked on. Same with the paper towel dispenser. I yanked that off the wall as I pulled a sheet. I too caught that sucker before it hit the ground, and hooked it back in place. Then hightailed it out of there before something else fell off the wall.”
“I was in a rush and my shopping list consisted of my husband telling me what we needed over the phone. Two team members directed me to where I needed to go and walked me over. Very clean store and well stocked. This is our closest store and so glad to shop here.”

“I was shopping at Walmart this morning, left, and discovered I had left my cane in the shopping cart I used. I immediately returned to the store, not having my cane I was unable to go and look for it. I had tried for nearly 20 minutes to contact Walmart by phone, as usual I had no luck. Then I spotted Kenneth Chase, an employee of Walmart that was gathering carts. I got his attention by honking the horn, then called him over with a hand gesture. When I told him that I had a dilemma, he immediately associated me with the missing cane. Ken, you singlehandedly upped your employer's rating by TWO STARS today. “I came here for the first time to get my hands on some we bare near merch and it was not bad at all. The customer service was great. The girls that worked there were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Yes they may resemble other shops other reviewers mention but it's a low budget shop that you can't expect too much from just like when you go to dollar tree or those very low and affordable stores. Reason for 4 star and not 5 is due to not having as much we bare bears stuff I was hoping but I bought more here than I did when I went to the ones in SF.”

“The only aafex in Northern California, is located on Travis Air Force Base. Travis now requires visitors to be vetted.
Enhanced security check is required to enter the base. Every individual without a DOD TYPE ID will be vetted and issues a visitor pass. You must be accompanied by a person with a DOD ID and be vetted at the visitor center. There you will be provided with a temporary photo ID pass that will allow you to enter.
