“Had a great experience throughout the entire process! Jad in store was very helpful and showed me all available models that matched my preferences, gave genuine recommendations and want your typical pushy salesperson which I appreciated. Bought a set from him that day.
As for delivery I couldn’t be happier! It’s nice that they have their own company delivery team instead of outsourcing so they know exactly what they’re giving you. Not to mention Joseph and Santos gave me a 30-45 minute heads up of when they’d be arriving, got there on time, brought in the products, installed, and verified working order before leaving.
If you’re looking for a good shopping environment and professionalism in every aspect then they’re the ones to go to!”

“Josh was absolutely amazing. He described every bed to me, the different materials, how they should feel, and what he suggests based on my issues. I am the princess and the pea but he had an answer for everything. I came to the store 4 different times for hours each time and every time he was so patient and made sure I tried as many beds as many times as I needed in order to find what's comfortable. He also reassured me that if after a year if I have any issues they will work with us to provide the comfort we need. Such a great company. I can't wait to receive my bed!”

“The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.”

“Mou helped us with great customer service. I found the mattress I had bought a bit soft he had it made firmer, then worked with me for a topper and even came to the house three times to make sure that we were satisfied. We have not experienced this kind of customer service before. Five starts is too little for him any company who has a sales representative like Mou is extremely lucky.”

“Before I post this review... I want to be clear that I had zero intentions of replacing our Tempur-Pedic bed. Our polite conversation with Randy and the REM team was so care-free and pleasant, I felt at ease to settle my curiosity. There were no obligations to simply give it a test run. However I do admit that it was hard to resist the floor models' comfort. There was still no pressure. If I can appreciate one thing, I give full respect for letting me reach my own conclusions... No harm, no foul... In return, I gave it 3-4 months to form my review. No exaggeration, my first night sleep after the set-up was so peaceful. I didn't realize the true missing factor in my comfort was the cool temperature in the mattress. It was certainly a pleasant surprise and a game changer. Now that our mattress matches the climate here in Hawaii, I rest longer and healthier. That fact alone is out of bounds! For the value in price, it was by far the best money spent! I only wish I had found REM before I moved to Hawaii, I would have saved so much more. Personal shout out to Randy Maddix for your excellent customer service, and to REM Sleep Solutions for top notch valuable products.”
“I bought a dining table set, a sleeper couch, a tv console table and a rocker recliner chair (Signature Design by Ashley) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I went in-person to the Santa Ana showroom and then finished the purchase over the phone when I had made my final decisions. It was fast, convenient and I like the financing options available. I had my new furniture delivered and assembled the same week. I'm glad I found this furniture store, and have already referred my friends. Good options if you're looking for affordable but nice furniture!”

We just added latex to our wonderful bed for an extra cushion and Allen helped us with that as and he is now at the HB store with Crystal and they are an AMAZING team!!! Both have helped us in selecting new pillows and more! Always a GREAT experience working with Custom Comfort Mattress no matter which store you're at!!! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Highly recommend this family owned business providing excellent customer service and great prices without aggressive sales tactics or upselling! I stopped by with my mom, a few minutes before they closed. They allowed us to browse at our leisure. Respectfully directed their questions to my elderly disability mom, the customer, instead of me. Patiently communicating with her via her written responses because of her speech disability. Asked what she was looking for and ultimately helped her decide between a more expensive vs less expensive option, recommending the least expensive one!! They provided delivery in days and went way above and beyond for delivery and set up. One of the owners accompanied the delivery guys and offered to help my mom with other heavy things that needed to be moved. He made sure she understood how to use the bed controls. He genuinely complemented her art work and landscaping, and he insisted I contact him if my mom had any problems with the bed. The husband and wife owners treated my mom like a precious family member. I get the sense that’s how they do business for all. Don’t use a big box bed & mattress store. This business has better prices and deserves our business. Customer service is not dead, it’s just harder to find.”

“We have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.”
