While the staff is sometimes short-handed, they remain helpful and apologetic about long wait times, making the best of the situation.

Exceptional customer service. I ship every day and have use many different post office locations in the past. I have to say that this Tustin, CA location is by far the best I have used. Always friendly, always helpful, always professional.
