“Recently I had an accident on my newly purchased vehicle, and luckily it was covered by the other party (an inexperienced driver); although it was heart-wrenching, the entire experience turned out to be very pleasant. I would like to praise the insurance companies first, both my and the other party's, Farmers and State Farm, the claim process was as easy as going on the websites and submitting all the required information, done in 5 minutes; and within 24 hours, both companies figured out the liability and got me approved for repair work order and rental. After the final approval, I arranged for the drop-off and hoped they would do a good job; exceeded my expectations, Fix Auto did an excellent job within 3 weeks and even detailed my vehicle, so it is brand new again. “I was driving down 580 from Emeryville in my girlfriends car this afternoon when a car on my left kicked up a rock and smashed my rear drivers side window. I got home half an hour later and immediately put out feelers on yelp for a window replacement, and Chris responded immediately, with a quote and that he could get the work done same day. Chris showed up to my complex an hour later with another gentleman and got right to work - they removed the old window, vaccumed up any broken glass, and popped the new one on all in about 45 minutes, telling me to leave the painters tape on for 2 days, presumably to let the adhesive/sealant cure. All in all, outstanding service, and Chris was friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend!”

They travel to you within a certain mileage range and provide an arrival window that they stick to. “I don't typically leave reviews, but looking back I have been coming to Ben for the past few years for my auto issues - oil change, tire rotation/alignment, some bumper problem, trunk problem and maybe other things I can't remember. Despite his busy schedule, we are always treated with a smile and respect, and he always makes the process very easy and smooth. This time round I needed my tires aligned fast before my road trip next week. Ben was reluctant at first to book me in last minute due to his busy schedule, but was nice enough to slot me in and agreed to work on it during downtime. Dropped my car off early in the morning and sure enough, just a few hours later I got a call saying it's ready. He handed us the paper with the technical tire degrees and the usual stuff, this time with a box of cookies too for holiday! Though what made the experience this time especially memorable was the fact that my goofy butt managed to lock myself out of the other car I came with, and that after explaining to Ben the situation, he spent some time helping us unlocking the car from the outside. He somehow managed chatting/keeping us comfortable, responding to his calls from other customers, and working on unlocking the car essentially all at once. Ben honestly saved us so much headache. Super grateful that he was willing to help us out there. 5/5 for all the past encounters and especially this one.Oh and yes, the steering wheel did feel a ton better after the alignment (and it was great).”

“I was very apprehensive about bringing my car here. Reading all the reviews I was kinda nervous but I was in a hurry and they had appointments available for early in the morning. The night before a baseball sized rock hit my windshield on the freeway. I had an appointment for 7 am they opened a little after 7 because they were short handed. Alot of the bad reviews are about the women behind the counter which I didn't really interact much but the little I did they were nice. I pretty much just dealt with the technicians. They all seemed very nice. Isaiah tech id 01818-734, 01818-734 was my savior. Super polite and nice guy. He reassured me that he would do a good job and he did.My windshield came out great and he was done before 12 pm. I was very happy with the result especially considering it's Christmas weekend and there seemed to be a lot of customers. So with all the bad reviews this is a good one. I can't speak for other people but my experience was amazing especially thanks to Isaiah.”
