“Do not buy the Birko-Flor material. It stains way too easily. Mine got really bad. They look dirty. Be sure to buy the natural leather ones. The Birko-Flor have no guarantee and you can’t return them. At least that’s what the employee told me. That’s an expensive lesson for me to learn. It’s unfortunate a company that supposedly makes a high quality product does not help you out in these cases. To be fair it has been eight months, but I did not expect this. My family owns several Birkenstocks, which are leather, and they don’t have this problem. Just do your research before you pay this kind of money for an expensive product. Also, it’s my fault for buying these compared to the other ones because they were $30 cheaper. I didn’t know the difference. I just liked that the straps were black instead of brown I wish an employee would have explained to me the difference.”

“I was so surprised to see these negative reviews! I had a wonderful experience at this store. I bought a very cool pair on vintage 501s. The owner was amazing and told me the pair I wore into her store was a very rare find and I should never part with them. She offered me 1200$ if I wanted to sell them.
