1818A E Rte 66, GlendoraThis place is great! It’s a small business & the staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The environment is great & everyone (customers included) are very friendly. My 3 dogs are now “regulars” here. The shampoo & conditioner that comes out of the machine (along with the water) is great & doesn’t hurt my dogs’ skins even after many baths or excessive bathing. The leave-in conditioner is excellent & keeps my pups soft & great-smelling.
I do have several recommendations for improvement, however — I think I would really appreciate more fencing so as to prevent my dogs from escaping out the front door! Maybe some sort of double-door type situation @ the front door? Also, I suggest that the customers MUST be made clear & fully understand that the RVT’s ear cleaning & nail trimmings are NON-refundable! Many ppl seem to not understand this & then give the staff unnecessary problems (complaints). Since this is a SMALL business, everyone needs to be paid for their labor!!! Even if the ear clean / nail trims aren’t completed!!! Labor is Labor people!!!!!

505 E Rte 66, GlendoraThis was my rescue kitty's first grooming since I adopted her late November 2025. Her short life had been a whirlwind up until then. I wasn't sure how she would handle being groomed.
The staff at APR&S are wonderful! I gave Bianca (a wonderful soul) my kitty's history. Jose, the cat groomer, was so wonderful with my baby girl. He was able to complete the entire groom. When I picked her up, he gave me a detailed account of how her appointment went. He really set my anxious mind at ease. I think he could tell that I was concerned. He took his time with her. He gave her treats (provided by myself) and even got her to purr! I referred my Uncle and daughter to bring their fur babies here. The video is of my Trixie after her groom.

Ladies Pet Grooming

My dog always comes out so cute. The best thing about this grooming place is they don’t keep your dog all day in the cage, they call you right away when finished.

500 S Glendora Ave, GlendoraDr. Yau is the most knowledgable, most compassionate internist we've ever met. The only reason we're no longer there is because we moved cross-country a few months ago, and I wish we could've brought her and her whole office with us.
Having come from MASH dissatisfied with their internal medicine department as well as the overall temperament of their staff, going to a smaller office with unhurried, friendly staff was a very welcome and needed change of pace. We had two sick poms. Both had severe tracheal collapse, and one of them had advanced liver disease, and Dr. Yau was the perfect person in helping us navigate that and the health issues to follow. Our guy with liver disease, Columbo, also later developed diabetes and a gall bladder blockage and we couldn't have asked for a better, more gentle landing pad than VSG in learning how to navigate and treat these newfound illnesses.
After his diabetes diagnosis, Columbo had to go in for blood sugar monitoring every other week, an all day process, and VSG became a second home for him in more ways than one. Columbo could often be seen hanging out with Alex behind the front desk or carried around by one of a few techs in a special front facing carrier. You could tell everyone there genuinely, deeply loved the guy.
He passed away shortly after our move following complications from surgery to remove his gall bladder. It had been my and Dr. Yau's wish that we could have had his surgery done there, but we discovered his gall bladder inflamation less than two weeks before our move which wouldn't have provided him enough time to recover/handle the stress of driving for 4 days straight. Knowing how much they cared for him, we called to let them know and they had set aside time to talk to us, remember him, and send us a handwritten card.
We still have one pom in need of internal medicine care, so when we move back to California we will surely be coming back. I strongly recommend you give them a call, especially if you, like me, have been disheartened by the bigger hospitals in the area. You'll be so happy you did.

Recently they helped us through a very difficult end-of-life decision for our beloved Chihuahua mix, JoJo. The staff handled everything with professionalism and genuine compassion — including the cremation process and a heartfelt sympathy card with a personal note from the team. You can trust these people with your pets. Highly recommended.

1944 E Rte 66, GlendoraMy puppy Ollie started at Pack Pawsitive as soon as he was old enough, and it has been the most incredible experience. He completed the Basics training and loved it, then did the Beyond the Basics twice because it was so great. He now attends daycare Monday through Friday.
Harmony, the owner and trainer, is amazing. Her positive training techniques have made such a difference for Ollie, who has grown into a confident, happy puppy. He absolutely loves daycare. He has so many friends there that he rushes right in without even looking back at me.
The entire staff is kind and caring, and I love that the program is structured with real enrichment built in and with a small number of dogs. When Ollie is a bit older, I plan to repeat the Beyond the Basics program again. We are beyond grateful for this wonderful school and daycare. Highly recommend to any dog owner. I know this sounds emotional, but I really don't know what I would do without them. I'm able to drop him off in a place where I know he is loved and cared for while I am working and not worry about him at all which is such a gift.

He would not leave the new cat alone and rushed forward at him in a threatening way (he is a large dog). We had 3 or 4 sessions with Tony and I have continued the training afterwards. I gradually increased the trust level with the dog and after 6 months I can say that this training was very effective - dog and cat now peacefully co-exist. Thank you Tony for helping us with a potentially dangerous situation; my animal family is now doing very well. I would not have thought this possible from how my dog behaved 6 months ago

What makes this probably one of my favorite places in the area is the fact that they offer such creative drinks along with the names. Besides that they do straight up coffee items as well. Flavorful coffee with a chill ambiance, what else could you ask for? Well maybe if the service was a little more friendly and not so hesitant to offer dine in service then yes this would definitely be a five star coffee shop in my book. Besides my personal gripe with that they do eventually give in if you ask for dine in service. Presentation is great along with the coffee. The shop itself is a shared space with another business so seating can be limited inside but they do have a small patio area on the side and a couple of seats in the front. So if you’re in the area and looking for flavorful coffee drinks or straight up Joe then definitely check out this place.

I ordered the beef shawarma and chicken kabob plate with seasoned rice, fresh Mediterranean salad, warm pita bread, and their garlic sauce and hummus. Everything was bomb, flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The beef shawarma was tender and packed flavor, the chicken kabob was juicy with the perfect char, and the garlic sauce took everything to another level.
What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers.
We need to do a better job supporting small businesses like this. Get out of your routine, skip the chains for a night, and go experience some of the best authentic Mediterranean food Glendora has to offer.
