Please prioritize customers who have been waiting (and have less than 30 items). There needs to be a better system of checking out those who have been waiting longer and have fewer items.”

“Beautiful building. However, I was trying to find some unstocked alkaline water and asked one of the staff for help. He just told us it's out without even checking, and didn't check the back when I asked. Luckily, I found another worker who went to the back for me without request and reassured me they were out. It's not hard to provide that! Thank you to that man.”
“I love this little spot, it's quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. He has a HUGE variety of drinks and snacks, so you'll always find what your craving. The owner is super nice and friendly and always helpful. Definitely the place to stop for a quick snack. Highly recommend it so you don't hassle with parking and big lines. You're in and out in 2 minutes tops! It's kinda like a little mini bodega, you'll find everything!!!”

The pharmacist on duty are always ready to help and are friendly and the technicians are fast and efficient. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a pharmacy with little wait time or to stop by for vaccines. Ignore the bad reviews, they are pessimistic views from people.”

“This is not some huge mega Ralphs. It is a conveniently sized neighborhood market, fully stocked with all the basics. I can find all the stuff I need quickly without having to navigate long aisles filled with a bunch of stuff I don’t need. With a couple of minor exceptions, the employees here are friendly, helpful and efficient. Special shout out to Jasmine and the rest of the night crew - they are awesome! Parking here is limited and the lot fills up during peak hours. Pro Tip: If arriving at a busy time, save yourself some frustration by skipping the parking lot altogether and parking in one of the metered spaces on Weatherly Drive instead. From there, a short flight of stairs takes you right up to the store entrance.”

“Such a nice lady at the register! Called at 1035pm and asked when they closed and if they had Malibu rum, she said 10mins and yes they do. We were 7 mins away. She greeted my boyfriend at the register with a bottle of Malibu and said, judging by the time, I bet this is for you. So sweet. Highly recommend! Merry Christmas!”
“Love Ralph's as a whole . However there are some employee (1) in particular. All of my 50+ years of shopping anywhere in the world have I received a nasty display of customer service. Until stopping by this location. Coming from a retail business background. I pride myself on customer service . Recieving several Customer Service Accommodations.
