I was looking for a specific screw, and Jason went above and beyond to help me search for it. He took the time to really look and made every effort to see if we could find the exact one I needed. Unfortunately, the screw turned out to be one of a kind and I wasn’t able to locate it, even after checking other stores. Despite that, Jason’s dedication and willingness to help made the entire experience incredibly positive.

“I was searching for parts for my 2017 Dodge Ram on Facebook marketplace when I ran into Sacramento Auto Parts Inc. I sent a message to them to see if they had a tailgate, rear bumper, rear hitch and rear mufflers. David responded back in a timely manner, not only did he have the parts he sent me pictures so I can verify that they were correct. I then sent him my cell phone number and he sent me a message. I responded that I wanted to purchase everything and he gave me a great deal. He had the parts delivered to my job and everything was used but A quality, I accepted everything. I paid his driver and they were on their way back to Sacramento. Would definitely reach out to David and his team if I ever need anymore used parts. Thanks again David and team.”

“This business is awesome. They are very personable, prompt, and honest. Dropped off my cluster for a 94 Toyota and they explained their process and what components could cause the issue. Within 24 hours I get a call that there is nothing wrong with my cluster and I can come pick it up. They advised me its more than likely a wiring or sensor issue. Its good to know there are still honest and reputable companies out there and they are exactly why you need to support your local small business.”
“Had a second drive line built for my cj5 they did an absolutely amazing job and it was done a faster than I expected. They are very knowledgeable and al even asked me to bring my jeep in once I installed the driveline to make sure the angle and length were perfect. I can't say enough about this shop! He put in WORK, & got that sucker out. It took time & patience. I would have never been able to do it on my own. His customer service was out of this world. Whatever you’re paying him, he deserves a raise! The girly working there had great energy as well. I came for an automotive issue and left with my faith in humanity/ customer service restored. “I called on a triple digit hot Friday afternoon looking for someone to install a recently bought car seat to transport my grandson starting Monday. Tom the owner was very accommodating and even though he was looking at closing early he said come on in it will not take long. That was a true statement, he was very diligent in checking everything was appropriate and installed while explaining all the safety features. He has a very organized workshop and we actually discussed reupholstering items that I may need in the future. I definitely recommend this business and will use again!”
