“Wait times were kind of crazy for anyone who didn't have an appointment but the team worked together and diligently to get patients in and out. Carlos made sure to reassure and update those who were waiting that as time permits they would be served as fast as possible. I had an appointment and my wait wasn't too long. Carlos is the BEST phlebotomist I have ever had. He communicated with me, inspite of it being busy. He has a positive attitude and also drew my blood without any issues! I absolutely didn't feel it!!! Being so transparent, if I ever have to get blood again I am requesting him because I have veins that roll so easily. I super appreciate him and his hardwork.”

HERE WE ARE 6 YEARS LATER DOING A CIRCLE CROSSING PATHS WITH THE SAME PEOPLE BUT IN BETTER CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE COMPANY HAS EXPANDED AND GROWN AND I APPERCIATE THERE SEVICES THIS TIME AROUND THEY HAVE BEEN REALLY HELPFUL I GIVE THEM A HIGH 5! “For the most part it was good. Quick service. However the person who does the tests was quite unfriendly and a little bit unprofessional, as my results were never told to me. Thankfully I have done one or two of these and know what the 5 panel strips look like for a negative test. Other than that it was an all around good experience.”
“You can't get better precision and quality than from Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group. The techs there handle each case with professionalism and always keep the patients needs in mind. Their high volume laboratory ensures that no matter how big the case, they have the capacity to process it in an effective and efficient manner.
They have programs on place that help students in the community develop the skills they need to be leaders of their futures. Their reach throughout Sacramento and the valley allows all practices to confidently trust accurate results every time.
If someone wastes time reviewing about billing errors, maybe the reviewer would better manage their priorities instead of placing blame on others relaying their monetary discrepancies. One star reviews don't even know what they're poor rating is about; probably bitter at the wrong people.

“I have had lab work done at this every few months for the past 10+ years. The lab team is always communicative, positive, and upbeat. They do a good job at drawing blood even through my veins can be difficult. I definitely recommend this Sutter lab location.”
“Even though the Elk Grove location is closer to me, I prefer this location. They are usually not too busy and always nice and friendly. Whenever I come here, I was able to get in and out 10 minutes or less. This is a small office but it gets the job done. Always efficient and quick. Everyone has been welcoming. I will continue to come here whenever I need lab works done.”

“I can't say enough about Nurse TEE.. Giving the COVID vaccines, . My grandson has autism and ADHD.. it's really hard for him to stay still, he stood still for her. It went so fast and so smooth.. I want to commend the team at Labcorp on Scripps Dr. for providing excellent customer service and making my experience truly positive this morning. Despite being a walk-in without a scheduled appointment, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. They ensured everything went smoothly, and I never felt like an inconvenience. Their warm demeanor and willingness to help left a lasting impression.
This experience was a stark contrast to the one I had at the Napa location last Friday at a scheduled appointment I had. The difference in service is significant, with today’s visit being far more pleasant and seamless. I truly appreciate the exceptional care and service provided by this team and would gladly recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the fantastic work!

“The waiting room was full when I arrived. After checking in, the information board showed that I was next because that was my appointment time. I was called back within a minute of my appointment time, ahead of everyone else. The blood draw was done quickly and competently and I was out of there. I am very happy with the service. My only complaint is that it is difficult to communicate with Quest. I should be able to tell on-line if Quest has received my doctor's order and I should be able to talk to a human on the phone when an issue comes up.”

“I made an appointment at 10 a.m. The doctor who drew blood for me was Doug. He was very professional and friendly. We chatted like friends, and I didn‘t feel uncomfortable during the whole blood collection process. And my wife received blood collection in another room, and the female doctor was also great! Thank you very much!
Came back today for another blood test, I made an appointment for 10.10am and I was out at 10.18, the whole process was very quick and professional, this time a female doctor drew my blood, I forgot to ask her name but she was also very good, I felt almost no pain”
“This location is great, there is tons of parking spots. The location is always clean, and the staff are very nice and quick at their job. Only fault is I always need fasting blood tests and this locations time slots before 10:00 is absolutely hard to get one unless it’s a month out.”
