“Good service and honesty of the sales person is what makes me decide to spend time writing a review that he deserves. I came in looking to buy a new mixer to replace my current one. My current mixer stills works great but it lacks HDMI-ARC ports so I couldn't bypass my outdated karaoke machine and connect the tv directly to the mixer. It's more convenient these days for multiple singers to connect to the tv via wifi to queue up their songs. It was a Saturday morning and this gentleman was the only sales person in the store. After I told him what I was looking for, he showed me a mixer that had HDMI ports. But, to my surprise, instead of pushing me to buy this expensive looking mixer, he told me instead of buying a mixer that could connect to the TV via HDMI, why didn't I just try using an optical audio to rca connection. I said that sounded like a great idea and he proceeded to show me how to set up the connection after selling me the converter and the rca cable. He also asked what brand tv I had at home then took me to the demo tv in the store to show me how to change the audio output source on the tv. As a result, I successfully set up my karaoke system at home and now all my guests can easily access the youtube queue from their own smart phone once they're connected to my tv. I was in hurry running several errands that day so I left the store quickly without even knowing the gentleman's name but he seemed to be the main sales person or manager of the store and I really appreciated his great customer service and integrity.”
“I have been to many places to customize a karaoke system for my family, but I really like the California karaoke system and was introduced by many friends to come here to shop, the family is very satisfied and especially home delivery. . That's by the standards of my family members. I enjoyed this and especially Anh Quoc Thai and Ngoc Hien. you two are so cute.. and a sweet talk”

I unfortunately use the Drive-Up order option more often than I’d like to admit, but it prevents me from buying more than I should. “Great service today. The guy was very helpful. My phone completely busted and I needed a new one. I wanted to keep my old number but due to that phone not working at all I couldn't answer the security questions. So I had to get a new number. Due to getting a new number/device I'm locked out of my Instagram but i should be able to get back in a few days after they review It. It did save me alot of money however by opening up a new number and he was able to help me get all my contacts back. If I would've used my old number I would've paid an extra $100 bucks. I saw a review say that another shop was more experienced and they were able to figure out some of the answers to the security questions that the customer wasn't able to recover and had I used the same phone number I wouldn't be locked out of Instagram but again I did save $100 so I'm not mad.”

The store is clean and they had lots of stuff...
However....
¹ If you're going to have a random mismatch of Slurpee cups please provide lids that also fit those cups.
² If you're going to close the store to clean for 2 hours perhaps post that ahead of time on the door or maybe a sign on the counter instead of rushing your customers out scolding them telling them that you're about to close and they need to hurry up.
³DO NOT BUY THE NEW SWEET TART GUMMIES....??THEY ARE SO GROSS!!!”

“This 7 eleven was clean. The guy behind the counter was happy helpful and super swesome. He asked me not to post his name but i was impressed with this store after the last two stores in anaheim really left me a little irritated. These guys are awesome and ill be sure to use this 7 eleven when i am on this side of town. The only negative here is this 7 eleven doesnt have public restrooms so if your looking for a place to stop tonuse a potty this is not a good market to use for that, but the staff and clean apperance makes up for it and this corner doesnt seem to be a place where most here would use a liquor store to need a bathroom. So glad i came here after the last two experiences...thanks for the awesome work guys!”
