“Sierra stores are a rare treat as I visit them every chance I get when I travel. There are 164 locations in the United States, unfortunately, there are none in Oklahoma.
It's a great outdoor store and sister store to TJ Max and Homegoods.”
“Had what I needed only thing is I hate that the stuff is locked up so you can’t look at it all the way, but I get it people Steele, but it’s so very frustrating that you can’t grab it in order to buy you to go hunting for somebody for them to take the lock off and also hate that Capital One took over the credit card!!”

“Not only are they well stocked with items, sometimes a little too much! But most importantly, the staff is absolutely amazing. Lost a cell phone there recently and everyone was willing to help. Cheryl called me the minute it was turned in (also very grateful for that person for returning it)! Would love to recognize the girl who took down my contact info at the fitting rooms but I didn't catch her name! Thank you all very very much! Will definitely be coming back!”

“Don't want to rate too low, but some of the skincare/haircare/body products are opened and tried on by people in the store. Perhaps this should be addressed by the staff. When I was in, there were people spraying perfumes and opening containers. Customers don't want to be buying used and opened products that have been tried by others. It's unsanitary and deducting from the full amount of product. Other than that, store is clean and there are decent options”
“It's always clean. The place would attract more people if they would lower their prices up match off base box stores. For instance, gas of base was $3.69 on base was $4.29.”
“I stopped by Macy’s to find a Father’s Day gift for my husband, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The gentleman that was assisting me from Dior was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the perfect scent. What impressed me most was the beautiful gift presentation. He took such care in wrapping everything and made it look so elegant and special. It was completely ready to give to my husband, which made the whole experience stress free!!. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back for future gifts!”

“Huge shout out to Larry in the mens shoe department!! My mom and I were looking for slippers for my dad and Larry went above and beyond for us. Showed us all the options and made wonderful small talk. Didn’t seem to be annoyed about my mom’s indecisiveness matter of fact he made jokes about men being hard to shop for and we deserve shoes ourselves. He is the standard that all customer service reps should have. He even made make shift handles for our paper bag. The details matter! Ps Larry he loved his slippers! Thank you!!!”
“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”

“wow! I was impressed! They must have a new shopper, the store was well stocked, very organized,and clean. The staff were all in a good mood, it was a great shopping experience. I wasn't planning on buying anything but left with a cart full of stuff.”
“Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”
“This Burlington was so nice. We traveled from Castle Rock and it had a huge variety of clothing. We were pretty much able to do all of our kids school shopping here.”

“This Is a nice Ross store. The plaza is in a cute little area inside the City of Aurora . It's off I-225 and Alameda down a little side road that looks almost hidden if you're coming from Alameda. Very quaint if you ask me.”

“Staff was friendly. I love being able to look everything up and scan prices on my phone. Although it use to be fun when I was a kid to grab something and have to run to a yellow pole scanner and see how much it was. Bathroom was disgusting and it was hard to get my wheelchair in it. We got her this very soft and thick blanket that covers the top of her full size bed for $5.00. Lots of sales and friendly people very helpful.”

“I stopped by to browse and return a few items, and I had a wonderful experience. Jorge checked me out, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to assist me with all of my returns and made sure all of my coupons were applied correctly.
I also want to thank Dana, who I believe is the manager, for helping by accepting a coupon with our purchase. Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated.
Overall, I had a great experience and such positive interactions with the staff at this Kohl's. Excellent customer service all around!”
