“I stopped by to browse and return a few items, and I had a wonderful experience. Jorge checked me out, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to assist me with all of my returns and made sure all of my coupons were applied correctly.
I also want to thank Dana, who I believe is the manager, for helping by accepting a coupon with our purchase. Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated.
Overall, I had a great experience and such positive interactions with the staff at this Kohl's. Excellent customer service all around!”

“Buckley Is great. The exchange has seen a lot of loss in business over the last few years. Dunkins no longer there. The only chain restaurant inside is Subway. The food trucks that come are the best part but they are hit and miss and don't come on a regular schedule! Love the sushi in the commissary!”

“Not only are they well stocked with items, sometimes a little too much! But most importantly, the staff is absolutely amazing. Lost a cell phone there recently and everyone was willing to help. Cheryl called me the minute it was turned in (also very grateful for that person for returning it)! Would love to recognize the girl who took down my contact info at the fitting rooms but I didn't catch her name! Thank you all very very much! Will definitely be coming back!”

“Don't want to rate too low, but some of the skincare/haircare/body products are opened and tried on by people in the store. Perhaps this should be addressed by the staff. When I was in, there were people spraying perfumes and opening containers. Customers don't want to be buying used and opened products that have been tried by others. It's unsanitary and deducting from the full amount of product. Other than that, store is clean and there are decent options”
“Nordstrom Rack at Southlands is a decent spot for finding some deals, but you have to be ready to dig a bit. The store is spacious, but it can feel a bit cluttered at times. The selection is hit or miss—sometimes you find great deals on branded items, and other times, not so much. The staff is generally friendly, but it can be hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, it's a good place to check out if you're in the area and in the mood for some bargain hunting, but don’t expect a perfectly organized shopping experience.”

“Huge shout out to Larry in the mens shoe department!! My mom and I were looking for slippers for my dad and Larry went above and beyond for us. Showed us all the options and made wonderful small talk. Didn’t seem to be annoyed about my mom’s indecisiveness matter of fact he made jokes about men being hard to shop for and we deserve shoes ourselves. He is the standard that all customer service reps should have. He even made make shift handles for our paper bag. The details matter! Ps Larry he loved his slippers! Thank you!!!”
“I tried to do your survey but it’s not user friendly at all! I was in the Aurora CO store today. I bought a bunch of bath items and Judith helped me. “Easy to find and easy to dock, nice people, fast unloading, TA and truck wash is about 3-4 miles away,! I would love to come here again and again, remember when you arrived here before turning in stay in the middle of two yellow line, center of the street, when you checked in then it is easy to enter the way you dock!”

“So many things to choose from. This store has groceries, toiletries, toys, clothing, the list goes on and on. He wanted to check out the toys and I browsed in the makeup section. The prices are average but not as good as Walmart. Large parking lot in the mall. A Starbucks to take a break in. Larger selections at this location makes for more available choices.”
