Maw & Paw Pet Market
9555 East Montview Boulevard, AuroraI just moved back to CO and our former groomer was no longer. I reached out on Nextdoor and heard about Maw & Paw Pet Market. I called and explained my 5lb poodle is, well, awful to groom (hence why I don't do it myself 😅Brian was so kind and understanding on the phone, so I made an appointment. Alisha C is our groomer and did a great job on the cut, and also let me know how the groom itself went. Next groom was also with Alisha C, and again, she did a great job! They also have a terrific selection of pet products-natural foods, adorable toys and most importantly-reasonable pricing.

2501 Dallas St, AuroraI visited here the other day not realizing there was a pet store inside Stanley Marketplace! For a little boutique they had a unique collection of items that pet lovers and owners will love! I got a magnet, dish towel, and dog peanut butter from them. Charodey Siberian Kittens & Cats
Street, AuroraI bought my kitten Minx back in April 2023 from Natalya. Not only was my experience with Natalya amazing but her kittens are the most precious! Minx is super sweet, playful, talkative, and healthy. Minx’s favorite game to play is tag I’ll hide, and minx will “hunt me” then when she finds me she taps me with her paw and darts off. Her nickname is soft paws because she so gentle when she plays. She is the best cat I’ve ever had and I will only buy from Natalya. Everyone who meets Minx is in awe of her and I can’t help but share where I got this beautiful cat from.

They've always had a pet wash but I only starting using it this year and it is a great option. You get 30min, small bottle of shampoo, 2 towels, and the use of a high speed blow dryer all for $10, can't beat that! I love coming to this pet store for all my pet needs.

PetSmart
7350 S Gartrell Rd, AuroraI recently purchased a 4-month-old green conure and had a very positive experience. At the time of purchase, I was unsure whether the bird had been hand-tamed; however, after bringing it home, it quickly demonstrated affectionate behavior and was clearly well-handled and tame. I am very pleased with my new pet.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Ester, Ashley, and Gwen. They provided thorough and informative guidance regarding proper care and the necessary supplies. During checkout, Ester also assisted me with navigating the PetSmart app and helped me take advantage of available savings.
Additionally, I encountered a minor issue with one of the bird food products I purchased. Ester addressed the situation professionally and kindly offered an additional discount for the inconvenience.
Overall, I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service and support I received. This was one of the best retail experiences I have had. Thank you!

Total Pawfection Dog Grooming
1800 South Ouray Street, AuroraI had such a great experience with Total Pawfection. From the moment she pulled up to my house, it was clear that she truly cares about the animals she works with. The mobile trailer is very welcoming, clean, and you can tell a lot of love goes into what is done there.
The owner, Danelle, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly respectful, caring, and beyond dedicated to what she does—not just toward the pets, but toward the owners as well. She takes the time to listen, makes sure every concern is addressed, and treats every animal like they are her own. That kind of compassion and attention to detail is hard to find. It’s obvious that Danelle is passionate about her work, and it really shows in the quality of care and service provided at Total Pawfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can trust to groom their animals. She truly goes above and beyond. Thank you Danelle!

Altos Veterinary Clinic
176 South Potomac Street, AuroraWe unfortunately had to switch our veterinary practice of 6 years due to her stepping away from performing any surgical procedures and leaving procedures to newer doctors.
Found this clinic (and it’s not owned by a PE firm - major plus) less than one mile from our home. Our first visit was wonderful! From the front staff to the technician and to Dr. White, we were welcome and pleased. Our discussion was thorough and Dr. White was very attentive to our concerns.
We also think it’s a sign that our puppy’s name was right next to a furbaby named Teddy on the welcome board. We lost our sweet Teddy a few years ago…so I think he’s telling us we are going to be just fine bringing our beloved pups to this clinic!

VCA Smoky Hill Animal Hospital
15600 East Smoky Hill Road, AuroraThis clinic is wonderful! I have been coming here for years. Dr. Kubik has been our main vet majority of the time. She is amazing and friendly. She provides us with detailed information, explains things in terms we understand and if we bring an issue to her that she hasn't experienced yet, she takes the time to research and consult with other vets. I recently had an emergency with my pup, Moya. When I left the ER clinic, I stopped by to pickup some meds for my other animals. I brought Moya in since the car was hot. Dr. Kubik saw my dog by the front desk. She took the time to talk with me and to look at Moya. She was very busy and didn't have to do that but she is a wonderful compassionate vet who cares about her patients. The other staff members are fantastic as well. Dani, from the front desk, is my dog's favorite person there. She goes right to her side of the desk wanting Dani's attention and Dani makes the time to show my pup some love. It's heart warming when I see my dog getting excited as we drive up to the clinic. They know she loves her milk bones and love to give them to her. I have 5 animals, my 5th animal will soon be a patient here too. We also moved 40 minutes away and we still come to this place - that's how much we love and trust this place and the staff. Thank you, VCA Smoky Hill Animal Hospital, for all that you do and for the love you show our pets!

14605 East Arapahoe Rd H, AuroraI can’t say enough good things about our recent visit for Cami’s checkup! My sweet girl is a bit timid and gets scared easily at the vet, but the team here made her feel so safe and comfortable right away. Juanda (the RVT) was incredibly gentle and patient, handling Cami with so much care and calm energy. Dr. Mack was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. They both took their time to make sure Cami felt at ease, and it truly made all the difference—she even wagged her tail by the end! If you have a nervous pup, this is the place to go. Thank you, Juanda and Dr. Mack, for the amazing care, you’ve earned our loyalty! Highly recommend.
