Update 2026: they moved a few doors down and they are still doing amazing. Still offering the same quality pet food and rewards. They've always had a pet wash but I only starting using it this year and it is a great option. You get 30min, small bottle of shampoo, 2 towels, and the use of a high speed blow dryer all for $10, can't beat that! I love coming to this pet store for all my pet needs.

Minx is super sweet, playful, talkative, and healthy. Minx’s favorite game to play is tag I’ll hide, and minx will “hunt me” then when she finds me she taps me with her paw and darts off. Her nickname is soft paws because she so gentle when she plays. She is the best cat I’ve ever had and I will only buy from Natalya. Everyone who meets Minx is in awe of her and I can’t help but share where I got this beautiful cat from.

I am very pleased with my new pet.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Ester, Ashley, and Gwen. They provided thorough and informative guidance regarding proper care and the necessary supplies. During checkout, Ester also assisted me with navigating the PetSmart app and helped me take advantage of available savings.
Additionally, I encountered a minor issue with one of the bird food products I purchased. Ester addressed the situation professionally and kindly offered an additional discount for the inconvenience.
Overall, I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service and support I received. This was one of the best retail experiences I have had. Thank you!

The owner, Danelle, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly respectful, caring, and beyond dedicated to what she does—not just toward the pets, but toward the owners as well. She takes the time to listen, makes sure every concern is addressed, and treats every animal like they are her own. That kind of compassion and attention to detail is hard to find. It’s obvious that Danelle is passionate about her work, and it really shows in the quality of care and service provided at Total Pawfection. Juanda (the RVT) was incredibly gentle and patient, handling Cami with so much care and calm energy. Dr. Mack was thorough, kind, and explained everything clearly without rushing us. They both took their time to make sure Cami felt at ease, and it truly made all the difference—she even wagged her tail by the end! If you have a nervous pup, this is the place to go. We had such a wonderful experience here. We brought our dog in for an urgent issue, and they took us in quickly and treated us with so much kindness and care. Even though they’re an urgent care and not a full emergency hospital, we never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience — which meant everything during a stressful moment. I have to add, this all happened at around 9pm and they close at 10pm.
Dr. Winger was amazing: thorough, calm, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for.
The fact that they’re only about 5 minutes away from home is such a gift, and we’re so grateful to have a place like this nearby. Truly compassionate care from start to finish. Highly recommend.
