A lot of unique/rear koi and goldfishes. I am surprised how fair and reasonable the prices were as well, especially considering the quality and care of the fish. Usually they go for a lot more. I am definitely a lifetime customer now.

The Rattery
795 Nassau Way, EnglewoodSo pleased and impressed with what The Rattery has done for me and my new rat babies. The package I purchased contained ample hand-crafted items and treats, and the price is more than reasonable. The animals show no sign of aggression or biting, are well-acclimated to humans, and are litter trained. We were able to start bonding on day one with no issues whatsoever.
I am really and truly impressed - I repeat this because as a lifelong cynic and punk rocker I don’t impress easy.
If you are realistically considering adopting, stop hesitating and apply to The Rattery today!
Edit: I should also mention that the breeder is a joy to work with and put in a lot of time to support and guide me in preparing for my new companions. Even now I can rest assured in case I need guidance (or want to share my joy).

Vetco Vaccination Clinic

She was patient and very knowledgeable about dog training and helped me figure out how to best train and support my dog. I would recommend her to anyone! Update- after a month of work with Dr Linklater and others at the CRCC, my boy’s physical situation is improved. He has a brace for his 14 year old knee. He has been receiving acupuncture and laser treatments and i think they are helpful. Dr Linklater not only sees to the animal’s well-being but also addresses caregiver concerns and pressures. I appreciate her empathy and understanding and most of all her advice and counsel.

3550 S Jason St, EnglewoodWe have visited this emergency vet for each of our two dogs once over the last few years. Each time it was when our dog got into something like chocolate that they shouldn't have. Obviously prices are maybe higher than your average vet clinic due to it being after hours/emergency but they also really save lives and do everything they can for your fur babies. The first time we went the waiting room was kinda busy but they took our dog back immediately while we filled out paperwork. She ingested chocolate and they immediately did what they needed to, to make sure she was safe. The second visit we were the only ones there so our dog was also taken back immediately. Each visit the doctor herself came out to tell us the plan of action and answer any questions. Price is not discussed at this time because they are doing what is necessary in the emergency situation. After the vet goes over the plan with you they go back and get to work and you checkout and get your itemized bill. The entire process both times has been fairly fast and I really appreciate the doctor coming out to talk to you and make sure every question is answered. They also will contact your normal vet and give them records so the next day my vet followed up with us as well as VRCC. I hope no one ever has to use this service but if the time comes that your dog is in trouble them this is the place to go

VRCC Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital
3550 S Jason St, EnglewoodMy normal Vet had be bring my shepherd here out of concern of her gum color. After checking her out and verifying they were a normal color, the doctor was also very transparent in telling me that the other issue we were there for was not an emergency, if I wanted to just follow up with my vet to save myself some money. I decided to take that suggestion and the doc waived my exam fee and sent me on my way, which was just so kind of her to do!! They easily could have still charged me the exam fee, but she saved me $200!
I highly recommend this place for honest care, and will be coming back for any future emergencies!

2701 W Oxford Ave #1, EnglewoodCouldn’t recommend Off Leash enough -Stevie is an incredible trainer! We brought our 4 year old doggo in after a series of aggressive interactions with other dogs.
Stevie taught her a series of commands over 4 weeks, brought out other dogs as distractions during trainings, and gave us homework to practice with our dog in between sessions.
She really helped our pup build confidence and in our final lesson our pup was able to play with another dog for the first time in years. 10/10 would recommend, we couldn’t be happier with the results!

While it’s not a brewery in and of itself, or a bar per se, one thing you can be guaranteed of is that you will not have a bad drink here. It’s not possible. They have a massive selection of beers, seltzers, and even mead on tap, their huge constantly changing menu has quite literally never disappointed me. They have a few wines and some other things, but don’t expect it to be a full bar service type of place. It’s more local taps, regional taps, and other places around the country. I kid you not, I have not once single time had a drink that I wasn’t very impressed with at this place.
They typically will have seasonal flavors. I had a pumpkin spice mead and ginger snap mead here that was actually incredible. They source some fantastic drinks that will make even the “I don’t really like beer or seltzer” person very pleased.

The subs are always fresh, packed with quality ingredients, and made exactly how you want them. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving.
I want to praise Jack specifically.
What really sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. The staff here are genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. They don’t treat you like just another order—they actually listen, engage, and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I’ve seen them handle busy rushes with professionalism and still take the time to show real empathy and care toward customers.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers both consistently great food and such a high level of respect and friendliness. This Jersey Mike’s has earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for more than just a quick bite.

The value is genuinely hard to beat. The happy hour specials still feel like an actual deal, and the food doesn’t sacrifice quality.
The crunchy tacos are a standout, and the Doritos nachos are surprisingly one of my favorite items on the menu. The chips and queso, pastor tacos, and asada tacos are also consistently good.
The frozen margaritas are another highlight, especially the coconut version.
I’ve visited for happy hour, brunch, and dinner, and the experience has always been enjoyable. If you’re looking for a happy hour that still feels worth it, this is a great option.
