“I bought a beautiful jones new York diamond collection watch and it's too big I tried other stores but was told it couldn't be adjusted but 5 minutes of being at the jewelry counter I was greeted with friendly smiles and hospitality and when I asked the gentleman if he can adjusted it he said he could just may completely fall apart and asked if that was something I was willing to chance, I told him yes if worse case scenerior I could buy another band but not only did he not make it fall apart but he made the adjustment perfectly and it fits my wrist.
