I wanted to acknowledge an amazing Sr. Personal Banker at this location named Neda Milani. She went above and beyond to assist my client-even met her on Saturday to get her signature so we could meet our deadline for the Home Equity Line. She is a team player and really cares about her clients. I met her today for the first time and didn't know Personal Bankers still existed. I would recommend her if you need a true customer service professional.”

“I needed a loan for some major car repairs and Monique was very friendly, easy to talk to, and was able to answer any questions I had. She explained the terms of the loan and the optional insurance policies thoroughly. I would work with her again! Also, Alejandro was very nice over the phone! I did start the loan application with Lisa, and admittedly she sounded rushed over the phone but based on the call volume the Westminster location was receiving in the short 20-30 minutes I was there, it’s understandable why she sounded rushed.”

“Seek out Kevin Hainan as your financial advisor! My elderly father put his Trust money in several places. He chose KeyBank as one. I thought it was weird dealing with a bank instead of some larger Fidelity, Schwab, type institution. We got lucky and got Kevin as our advisor and the way he's handled this portion of the trust is better than the other institutions that my father split it into.
