“Came in with a water logged 2019 macbook pro in a state of distress and Evan took fantastic care of me. I was in a time crunch and Evan helped me figure out whether it would it be worth trying to fix, which would be a good replacement laptop, and places I could go to buy it. Never felt like I was being "sold" to, and I ended up buying a mac from them despite knowing there was a $50 cheaper option down the road. They were able to do the data transfer same day and were extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Evan at Voelker Research and their entire team for making the process about as seamless as I could ask for.”

“Last Thursday I had an appointment scheduled for today, Saturday, and I drive about 70 miles one way to be told they do not have a Tech. The Geek Squad member was rude, told me my only option was a non Best Buy Store if I wanted help or come back in 10 days. Not once did the Geek Squad member ask why I was frustrated as he began to talk down to me when I asked to speak with a manager. I was able to speak with Breanna who listened to my concerns, and was able to help me out. This store started out with a 1 star review today, but due to Breanna's customer service skills, I feel a 4 out of 5 stars is appropriate.”

It was always the best way to help a customer narrow down their selection and leave with a mixture of what they were looking for and within budget! Every where else ( The Home improvement stores ) are more less "Order takers". Couldn't answer any questions at all, and were just there. Jeff on the other hand, had ALL the answers! “These folks have been truly amazing to us on every visit, and most of our visits have been to have things fixed - i.e. we weren't buying anything. Don't believe the 1-star complainers. The Apple store in Briargate is top notch - friendly staff, super knowledgeable, helpful, and good at what they do. Thank you everyone at the Apple Store!!”
