“Staff was friendly and helpful and even gave my young kid a rubber duck, which was the talk of the rest of the day. It was a quick stop, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a few options for the item we were looking for (we were just hoping there would be *something* in the store), and the price was reasonable.
Went back and dealt with friendly staff, but didn't like that I was approached by someone who works for AT&T trying to sell me on a 36 month contract after confirming I could trade in my phone for a newer one for only $10 or something and confirming it would be an unlocked phone. Then I was trying to figure out why she didn't seem helpful when I tried to steer back to what I was actually looking at. Finally, when a Best Buy employee showed up to help me, it all made sense.”
