“Both times I needed a uhaul while stationed at Fort Carson, I've come to this location! The staff is always exceptional, accommodating, and willing to help with anything you may need to make your move as smooth as possible! I highly recommend this location - and a military discount is offered for out of state moves! The trucks are well cared for and easy to operate - definitely took a load off my mind during PCS time! And don't worry: there is parking available if you need to leave a vehicle during a local move!”

“I made a reservation the night before for a 10' box truck, after showing up in the morning i realized i was gonna need a bigger truck. I voiced my concerns to Holly and she was able to reserve me the 15' truck on the spot. Holly really came through with changing the resrvation and it helped my move go flawlessly. Holly had me out the door and on the road in less than 10 minutes. Ive never had an experience with uhaul be so painless and streamlined. I will definitely be using this location again in the future! “Had a great experience with this location, highly recommend using. I was using the 24/7 truck rental option since I needed a moving truck for Sunday and most all places were closed. I was having trouble getting through the checkout process on my phone due to a drivers license issue and the owner of this location noticed I hadn't checked out the truck yet. “We went to this location in error thinking we could confirm and pick up our truck here; we did not realize we had to pick it up at another location. However, Susan who works at this location was extremely helpful, she was patient and even called and confirmed our pick up at the other location. We came from another state and felt lost, but Susan made it easy for us.Excellent work Susan! Keep it up!”

“I went to 455 E Woodmen Rd Colorado Springs, CO 80919, first, as my reservation was there. Due to a recent weather storm I asked Jason about changing to an enclosed trailer. He did not have one but quickly called Katie at reservation line and found me an enclosed trailer within 15 minutes of the location. I was highly impressed by Jason’s problem solving and Katie’s quick work locating equipment that made my trip better. Kudo’s to Jason and Katie for making the experience awesome.”

“I was told if the gas was more than where it was when I left that I'd get a credit that I never recieved and the gas was half of a tank more than when I left other than that it was a great experience overall.”

“John and Sebastian were so helpful. They were very pleasant and had the pickup truck ready earlier than scheduled. The truck was full of gas, very clean, and they allowed me to leave my car parked in the lot. They also have funny signs in the bathroom for guests and it made me laugh!My issue is, which I did not knock the rating down for because this is not John and Sebastian but really a U-Haul rule, is that you cannot tow with the pickup truck. There is a tow hitch, but a lock on it. I did not notice the lock until I got back to the house with the pickup truck. I called John and he was super nice explaining that you cannot tow with the Uhaul pickup unless it is a uhaul trailer. I do feel this is misleading on the website when you rent the pickup because it states that there are tow hitches on all pickup trucks...so one would assume you could tow with it- responsibly of course! I understand there are weight limits with towing and I would be responsible. This was just super frustrating because when all was said and done it was 130.00 for a rental that I could not use. Again- not upset with John and Sebastian but the Uhaul policy.”
