“I stopped by just to buy some shoes, but ended up spending $600... I didn't expect it to be such a great store for shopping. It's a shame we don't have a store like this back home in Florida.”
“I would have given five stars, but there were quite a few empty shelves and it was a little confusing to locate certain items. The signage could definitely use some improvement. That said, the associates were friendly and helpful, and we scored some great clearance deals. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this store and will continue to do so.”

“This HomeGoods location is very large with a wide selection of pretty much everything you could want including cups, picture frames, furniture, rugs, spices, dishware, you name it they probably have it. For how much stuff they have, it is pretty organized but it is quite hectic in there. Prices are very reasonable and depending on what you’re looking for, you can get quite the bargain.”
“Although not my favorite Kohl's, it is a good store. It is set up the same way most locations are, making it easier for customers to find what they're looking for.
It is clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint, and it is not an actual one, was my mother needed to use the restroom, and although we walked all the way around the store, we could not find one. They may not have one, but I did not check.”

I personally love the firearms department here and I'll just give an example of the exceptional service I just received today out of many others.
So, mother wants to get comfortable being able to protect herself and has some specific needs to be filled or learned with handguns. We went to the range earlier this week and quickly she found out she hated the handgun that she got years ago and never used. I said well I know the spot to go to really get some high-class, personal and knowledgeable people to help us out and that's westminster murdoch's! My mom isn't exactly the easiest customer to deal with for the problems we need solved and in comes frank when we walk up to the counter. He probably spent a good 30 minutes giving multiple choices and teaching my mother some tricks as well as what she should look for that may also be a concern. He knew his stuff, growing up with 2A I've got a decent amount of knowledge but frank knew EVERYTHING a woman needed to go through to make sure she's got the right choices to choose from handguns that possibly could save her life one day. This is the type of person that you know loves their job. He went above and beyond and really took time with her that I saw as priceless. She left with such a good comfortable feeling about a pretty heavy and overwhelming purchase. My mom and I are going to go to the range He recommended as he also knew most of the options were there to rent so she can hands on test them out. Without a doubt we will be back to buy her final decision and hopefully we get paired up with him again to full circle the experience but if we dont we know we're still in good hands with any of the guys. “I just love this store!! It seems to me like it is the tj-max or Ross for REI. I love their selection. And boy do they have a lot. For Colorado this store in the jam!!! They also worked with my mom to discount an item for her and were super friendly. I would highly recommend checking it out!”
“I do not leave reviews often but I was just amazed by the cashier Cruz, he was so very cheerful and polite from the moment I walked up, he quickly rang up my items. Then even offered to carry a heavy vase out to my car for me as I am 7 months pregnant and made awesome conversation with me about being a first time mom. What a kind soul. Please give him a raise and all the recognition as this is exactly the kind of associate you want representing your store. THANK YOU CRUZ”

“Great Ross location in downtown Denver. The store is spread across two floors and has a surprisingly large selection of merchandise. Everything was pretty well organized and easy to browse, especially considering how much stuff they have. There was security on site, and the overall experience felt well managed. I stopped in just to buy a frying pan, found what I needed quickly, and checkout was smooth. Overall, a solid Ross location with a lot to choose from.”

“We had our newborn session done at the jc Penny portraits in Westminster and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing it was! We were paired with Stacy the photographer and she did a fantastic job with our 2 week old. She is so patient with the newborn and she has an amazing creative flair for the photos! We had no idea what to expect with our session and we could not believe how wonderful they turned out. Stacy is the absolute best photographer. She was so professional, polite, creative, and overall a wonderful person! I can't wait to bring my daughter back for more photos with her!!”

“I wanted to take the time to acknowledge a young lady with outstanding customer service. I know working in retail and dealing with the public can be challenging because some customers are hard to please. This cashier working the register at Ross greeted every person she served with a big smile and you could tell she was genuine and it appeared she actually liked her job or if she didn't, she sure looked like she enjoyed it. She asked every person a question like how their day was going, talked to kids and made fun comments about the things they were buying. I don't usually write reviews because I'm too busy but this customer service representative at Ross deserves to be recognized for her hard work and I watched her repeatedly as she went above and beyond in her position. The upper management should take the time to watch her work and appreciate her and perhaps acknowledge her work and give her a raise or paid time off because she earned it. I wish I would have written her name down because I had forgotten by the time I got home from shopping that evening. I hope management will use her as a perfect example of what good customer service looks like. Thank you to her for bringing some joy and kindness to my shopping experience. I appreciate your efforts.
