“NICE STORE ! My wife and I were on vacation in Denver staying at our Aibnb house in the Highlands district. After flying in late on Tuesday, August 30th in the middle of a heatwave...it was 95F we decided to buy something similar to our hydro flasks back at home in Solana Beach, CA. Plastic bottles of cold water do not stay cold long in a hot car. We hit this Target a few minutes drive away on Wednesday morning. Within a couple of minutes we found what we needed...a Contigo insulated water bottle ( turned out to be a very good design ) for under $20 and a dozen small bottles of Arrowhead spring water ( all they had ). THEN WE WERE GONE !”

“My rating is actually 5-stars, but until this particular store hires a Denver police officer to stop theft, it will remain a one-star review. I will change my review to five stars if and when you hire armed security.Today I witnessed a tall man, with a hoodie, a huge backpack and multiple bags walk out of the store with the alarm bells going off left and right. A security guard which this store hired just walked out with the thief, pulled out his cell phone and went on about his business as if nothing ever happened.Other shoppers saw the same thing I did and could not understand why this petty thief was just allowed to walk out.When we checked out, the cashier told us that security never stops anyone, which makes me wonder why they hire someone with a security labeled shirt who does absolutely nothing.Worse, I personally feel insecure. The failure of this store to act in stopping a crime to itself is akin to abetting the crime itself.You can bet other bad players will follow in the footsteps of this thief and create crime all over the neighborhood because of this failure to act.Nordstrom, DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! or we will become the next San Francisco or Los Angeles or Portland -- this is not right in any book and will cause the neighborhood to go downhill.This incident happened 30 September 2023, 1800-1900 hours at this Colorado Blvd. Nordstrom Rack location. You have cameras that you can review.And if letting people steal from you is NOT your policy, then fire your manager -- this manager is useless.UPDATE:As I noted in the post above, management did respond and posted a scary looking (in a good way) security guy upfront. Good. Much less likely that low-lifes will simply try to walk out with stolen goods. Keep up with security!”

“Stopped here while vacationing looking for a few gifts to bring back home. This store is huge with a great diversity of merchandise.They have full sets of luggage which is hard to find at T.J. Maxx & Home Goods, usually they only carry one size. Prices were reasonable.There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. I did check the bathroom and it is clean! ?”

“Honestly A very nice dollar tree. Clean and a good selection of items. Creepy dude at the door asks to look through people's bags on your way out and is pretty insistent (even tho legally if I say no you're not allowed to keep asking) so I took a star for that. “The staff at this store are so friendly , and very helpful. I was looking for a pair of uggs abd had called before going to the store, just to make sure that they had what I wanted in stock. The associate on the phone informed me that they had 4 pairs if the boots I was looking for. Upon n arriving , I could not find them in the c regular shoe section, finding an employee to help took me all of 10 seconds , abd they escorted me directly to the location of the boots. I was in a hurry that day, so it was very nice to have to waste time searching around, abd then to have the associate that helped Mr, to be so informed, friendly, and professional.”
