“Shopping in the store was great. I wasn't bombarded by sales staff .. I was able to leisurely walk through and look at my own speed. Then when I was ready the sales people were more than ready to take my order. The delivery went off without a hitch but the recliner was damaged. Customer Service was so pleasant and more than willing to help .. they swapped out the recliner with a new one and took the damaged recliner away. My experience with American Furniture was wonderful and I will definitely recommend it to everyone.”

I just went to their annual tag sale and found some great deals. Definitely check it out if you need a coffee and some retail therapy—the price point is great!”
“We just wandered into their store one day and we were so impressed with their inventory. We bought a piece of sawblade art. It is so unique and everyone admires it. But we were really taken with the original woodworking. We had them make a custom coffee table. Zack found the perfect piece of wood, and we love the blue infusion. We couldn't be more pleased. And Zack was wonderful to work with.”

“Great products, love all the different things being sold. I love the flower area and there are lots of art supplies as well as fabric.
Only thing I didn't like at our last visit was that employees were stocking shelves and would not move out of the way even if you said excuse me. They ignored everyone that went by even if you said hello. There were boxes everywhere that blocked isles so only one cart could get thru, forcing you to turn back around if someone else is coming. We ended up putting the stuff back we wanted to buy as we were really annoyed and just wanted to get out of there.”

“I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Jolene at AllBackyardFun (ABF) was absolutely amazing to work with. I was hosting a big event at my house on 5/11 and REALLY wanted our new firepit to arrive in time for the event, because our existing one was... well... hideous. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! I will recommend them to anybody and am really grateful that Jolene cared enough about me to help expedite the shipment of our table! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH ABF & Jolene for your stellar product and service.”

“We bought an entire master closet Elfa system. It looks beautiful. My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves over 2 days. We got to the end and was missing one crucial piece on Saturday at 4. Called the store and spoke to Natalie. She found the piece and offered to deliver it to us on her way home from work that evening. So grateful to her that we didn’t have to stop our progress to go back to the store. When she arrived at our house she came in to answer a couple detail questions and helped us install the last shelf. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and installation. She was the best.

“Love this shop how bright and open it is so you can browse and feel at ease qelxomed by friendly helpful staff. All displays with healing explanation cards for all crystals to take with you too! I've bought many larger and small crystals that I love. They have it all it seems but limited in the more rare stones/crystals like moldavite, meteorite or alexandrite but have all the most common ones you're looking for and some cool jewelry made out of some of them too but a bit pricey for some based on quality of the stone and if it comes with a necklace or just a pendant. I love my selinite lamp, too! The cool thing also is that Crystal Joys has a strong mission to create opportunities for those disadvantaged in the community and sell the jewelry they make too! So support local! Will be back soon!”

“The absolute best service I ever received was here at this location. My bike tire blew a hole and I was looking for tools to change a tire (I thought I needed a chain removal kit FYI I didn't need that kit) While everyone was very friendly and helpful regarding my needs and did everything to try to fulfill those needs. But here's where it gets good, upon timeless efforts Googling and researching the items I needed and trying to figure out if stores nearby had them or if we were forced to a special online ordering the woman who was helping , (I wish I asked for her name too) , me decided to call another employee to assist. Mr. Tommy Lee , a very happy an eager to help style person, came about and asked questions regarding my bike, ( aparantly he knows a little something about bikes and just so happened to have all the tools in his locker to fix a bike) he then grabbed a single wrench (which I purchased) he goes to his locker to get the bike tools. Then comes outside with me in the cold and completely changes the tire with minimal effort. Such a friendly and warm hearted person! I will never go to any other store for my tools or home improvement needs after this encounter. Give that man a raise!”
