He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help.
