“Great service, but please don’t have the thought of having an appointment and expecting to be out the door in under 2/3 hours. I only recommend this place if you have a leisurely day off like a weekend where you drop your car off, go back to your house, and pick it up by the end of the day when it’s ready. Oil changes and routine fixes do take quite a bit of time, so plan accordingly and be prepared when you don’t get your vehicle back asap. Other than that, it’s a great place that does its best with the services they offer.”

“Last week I got off work only to discover rodents had chewed through many wires under my hood. Even though they were closing in 10 mins, they said to bring my car over right away (it was in limp mode and luckily I work close by). The next morning Mikey called me himself to discuss the damage and game plan to fix it. It took 1 week for them to replace and/or re-wire all the damaged parts, and it would’ve been even faster but Toyota kept delaying the parts. Nancy and Roxanne at the front desk were so kind and patient every time I’d call in for updates. Kris worked on my car and did a great job. Thank you for making a stressful situation not so bad! “1st time taking my business to J's. I called all over town looking for a couple of replacement tires for my volvo s60r which are kind of rare. Not only did Jay have the tire's I was looking for, but he came outside to greet me and took care of my issues himself since it looked like the rest of his employees were busy at that time. (You gotta admire an owner of a company who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.) Anyway, he had my old flat tire off the rim and the new one installed in record time and gave me an even better deal than what he quoted me over the phone. They're honest, just, and Chris at the front desk will take time to patiently explain things well so I can make an informed decision. I put 4 stars because sometimes they can be pricey, but if there’s a simple DIY fix you can do on your own (like changing an air filter) they let you know so you don’t have to pay them to do it. They also do a good job of explaining things as they have videos they can send you to show you what’s going on in the car.”

“Me and my 4 kids were adventuring around Garden Of The Gods when our tire popped. We panicked and googled tire places nearby. A few popped up but this had the best reviews. Now I know why. We pulled up and immediately someone came out to help. They got us in within minutes and fixed our flat. The mechanics were genuinely friendly and the owner came out to help. They jacked the car up right on the spot and fixed our tire, saving our whole trip. Then, they didn’t charge us! We had friendly conversation while we waited. It’s rare to find service like this anywhere anymore.”

They listened to my diagnostics thoughts first, they dealt with the Warranty company, they kept me up to date throughout the process and they were top notch in the customer service arena. “If it were possible...I would give more than 5 stars. My sons 1997 Toyota Tacoma had the speedometer stop working on him. He called me and let me know. I drove to his grandfathers house, pulled the cable and found it broken right at the fitting for the cluster. I jumped online and could find used ones for the 2.4l 2wd with floor shifter, as well as all the 4wd models with any engine and transmission option; but not the one I needed for the 2wd 2.4l with colum shift. My luck of course. Checked the local junkyards, no go there either. Now my last resort, the local Toyota Stealership. I was told they could not get it as it has been discontinued. NOW WHAT? I will ask my buddy GOOGLE. Came across Speedometer Service in Fountain Co. Left a voicemail on saturday mid-day. Monday morning I receive a voicemail from Rusty. I call him back, ask and answer a few questions. The next day I was shipping him my sons old speedo cable. Now USPS is not the most reliable when quoting delivery days but after 3 days in transit to Rusty, 2 days for the weekend and 4 days in transit back.....I finally got it back. I installed it in the truck, perfect fit and now the speedo works! If I ever need a speedo cable in the future I will not need to ask my buddy GOOGLE because now I have a buddy in Fountain CO that can do it cheaper and with oem quality if not better. THANK YOU Rusty. You are the man and my go to for ANYONE needing a speedo cable.”

“If you want quality service this is the Jiffylube to go to. As someone who has high standard for quality work on my vehicle this place did not disappoint. The staff was kind and informative. They were friendly and in a great mood. The service was QUICK! I was in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes max. The price is great. I have a bigger pickup which takes 7-8 quarts of oil and even with the extra charge for the extra quarts I still feel I got an excellent price for my oil change. If you need quality staff, quality parts and fluids, and quality care for your vehicle definitely worth visiting this Jiffylube. Thanks y'all! I'll be back in 5000 miles for my next oil change.”
