“Fastest finger printing place in Colorado Springs. They also have EXCELLENT customer service, seriously top tier. Becky and Maggie are always in a great mood, they’re friendly and efficient. Only ever takes me max 10 minutes to get my fingerprints done and this includes waiting. I will not use anyone else but Maggie’s shipping shoppe for fingerprints!”

“Maggie's was a great local find for a particularly difficult shipping experience for me and she couldn't have been more helpful. I'd needed to ship a number of large boxes overseas and was directed to Maggie's by my Dad who's previous experience with this shoppe had been work related. After a phone conversation that cleared up a number of my questions Maggie's was able to help me secure the shipping I needed to get my items to their destination. Thanks for such great help, friendly service, and making a stressful experience such a relief.”

“While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”

“I've been selling books on Amazon for about a year. I find this post office the BEST in the entire city of Colorado Springs. Why do I say this you ask? The clerks are friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that they know me and still ask for my ID when I use my credit card etc. I find them to be by the book and helpful at the same time. I was in the PO on the north end of town by Chapel Hills. I stood 30 minutes in the line with one clerk to handle the line that eventually went out the door. This office is busy and friendly, what more do you want?”

“I would like to say that the Customer Service at the UPS Fort Carson location is amazing. Last week, when I went to pick up the mail. The UPS employee, Vivi, was exceptionally kind & attentive when I came in. I also forgot my mailbox key, & I know she was busy, but she was very kind to take a moment and grab that for me.
Also, about 2 months ago, I was trying to obtain a visitor's pass & the line was very long. I did come early, but the process was a little longer than I expected. I was just about to miss the cutoff for closing time. I called the UPS Store, and Vivi stayed an extra 10 to 15 minutes to make sure I could grab a very important package. She did not have to do that. I understand she probably had other things to do on her Saturday, but she made my day & I was very grateful for her patience. To highlight the customer service is amazing there. I know my mail is in good hands with employees like Vivi.
