“Had a water heater leak on 4th of July! Called into the emergency maintenance line and Bradley was here within 5 minutes. He addressed the issue, told me what it was gonna take to fix and stuck with it for a couple hours until it was resolved. Great job!”
“To add to what I've posted in the past: Pavilions provides a pleasant experience across the board. Their people, from the office staff to the maintenance workers, are top-notch. They're very responsive to requests of all kinds, and they do their best to respect every resident's needs and preferences.
Once again I'm super-impressed with the work of Pavilions maintenance. On a day I spent in Denver, in mid-afternoon I remembered to submit a repair request online. When I got home that night, I found that all three items had been successfully dealt with less than two hours after my request, even though I'd listed none of them as urgent. Over almost four years here I've been struck by how smoothly not just maintenance, but the entire operation, is run. In every arena, the standards of the Pavilions staff are extremely high.”

“Honestly my fiancé and I really enjoyed living here! We have lived in several apartments over the years with having to travel for work and have both agreed even after moving out that the trails at timberline has by far been our favorite complex to live at. The apartments are not only quiet but also has a nice safety feeling given its location next to the police station. The amenities are amazing and the staff is great. The close location to everything is also a bonus. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment.”
“I like the apartment, balcony and the maintenance folks are very quick and responsive! The manager is great too. It'd be nice if more tenants would pick up after their pets and bring the carts they use back to the Walmart across the street.”

She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. In all my dealings with the office staff no one comes close to being as great as Amourea. My sincerest thank you Amourea!”
“i just recently moved to the cycle apartments and just within the first month i have come to absolutely love these apartments!!! they are super nice to be staying in, the property is always well kept, and the staff is so beyond friendly and helpful! they are very responsive and are willing to go above and beyond to help their residents out :)) this is probably my favorite apartment that i have lived in throughout the last three years of living in fort collins !!!”
“I have lived here for almost 2 years with my boyfriend and it has been a perfect apartment while we finished up college. It is a older "no frills" apartment but the apartment we moved into was clean and well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The management staff is always nice and willing to work out any issues that come up. Maintenance has also been really nice, when our heat went out last winter they came to fix it quickly and when they didn't have the right part to fix they offered to bring space heaters in for us while they got the correct part. Neighbors have been pretty quite and friendly. The only reason I took off a star is because of the laundry situation. Laundry is in the basement and is usually clean but you have to purchase a laundry card ($5) that only has a $40 limit and can only be filled in the leasing office. It is inconvenient to have to go to the leasing office to fill up a laundry card. The pandemic made this even more inconvenient because the leasing office had limited hours to fill laundry cards. Overall had a good experience here. Will update if move out changes anything.”
“I have lived here for almost a year now and have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex. The management and maintenance have been so amazing and get on top of things right away. If anything ever comes up, they listen and take into account everything that is said. I have been through multiple apartment complexes throughout the years, and they do not overall compare to what this management has done. They work hard to make their tenants happy and it really shows. I will be resigning again.”

“I've lived here for almost 10 years now and this place has changed so much since then. You get to decide if you would like to use an app to open your locks or you can request yourself a key fob at the front desk but you get one or the other and not both. The maintenance are really good about fixing anything that breaks in your apartment. The front desk staff are very friendly and will happily help you with anything you may need. You can pay your rent online the new app to pay your rent is very easy to use. The apartments are in a great part of town and about a 5 to 10 minute walk from CSU and from the grocery store and also next to the bus that can take you to each end of town. You get a good size living room and kitchen area, and decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms.”
“This is a good place to be. Everything is so close by. I can save on gas and emissions by biking or walking. The amenities are nice and the place looks nice. The only complaint I have is it would be nice if the office was open on weekends because when I got up here on a Saturday I couldn’t get my keys to move in. And I have to wait until Monday for packages.”
“My daughter lives at Eleven13 for the school year and has had a great experience so far. She loves the location to campus and has made some friends through her neighbors. Recommend for location and student environment.”
“I was able to get into my apartment quickly, and effortlessly. The maintenance requests have been done almost immediately and everyone living here that I’ve encountered has been super kind. Faith was a HUGE help getting me applied and into an apartment in just days! I’ve loved living here so far and also love the location, the apartment itself and the community (people and features)”

“We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !”
