Really the only problem I have had with this store, is getting people over to the fish area to get fish. Sometimes it takes awhile. Other than that this is a good store, usually has what I need for my rabbit at decent prices, sometimes prices are a bit high, but not horrible. I would recommend this store.

Stopped by for a donut and was blown away. One of the best donuts we’d ever had. Went back to next day to pick up a half dozen and our server tossed in a 7th as she was closing the box after we’d already paid. Totally unexpected and very sweet.
In addition to the flavors and service, the staff is always cracking jokes and bringing levity to the morning. We will 100% be back the next time we’re in town.

208 6th St, Glenwood SpringsNice coffee and pastry shop with a great variety of choices. The weather was perfect so we sat outside. You order at the counter and then wait at the end for your food. Everything is boxed up but they will warm it up and there are plates available. Everything we had was great and we even brought some home to enjoy. We were there when it opened but it got very busy quickly.

The Burrata was decent but the red sauce wasn't hot and the Halibut was slightly overcooked. Atmosphere is good but a bit detracted by the strip-mall setting and the staff was friendly and helpful, though not educated on some allergies (we had to educate them on what soy could be in), which expected for higher-end prices like these. I'd certainly return just to try some other menu items because they look so creative and enticing.

It's very unassuming but the coffee and breakfast options (especially burritos) were absolutely delicious. Not sure why people are complaining about the service either, all of the girls were very sweet and helpful. We walked up and ate at their tables right outside. It was lovely and quick for an early breakfast before our activities for the day!

This time we had a perfectly seasoned and cooked New York strip steak and eggs. Once again the seasonal fruit was ripe and delicious. Highly recommend!

Rocky Mountain Pizza Co.
205 8th Street, Glenwood SpringsABOVE AND BEYOND! Fiance and I stopped here for lunch during our first time driving across the Rocky's on a national parks road trip through the Southwest US. Everything was amazing and we bought a souvenir cup from here to commemorate the trip and such a special little milestone we accomplished together. Sadly 3 years later that cup fell out of the cabinet and shattered in pieces, it was my go-to cup for anything bc it's shaped like a soda can, and the thick glass keeps your drinks ice cold. I was at work at the time and she called me so upset that she broke our souvenir cup, especially knowing how often I use it. So without my knowledge she emailed and they (for no charge mind you) sent us TWO souvenir cups and a bunch of cute stickers, with a note saying we owe them nothing and to just stop by for lunch next time we drive through.
This will be our go-to spot anytime we are in CO and first recommendation to anyone of our friends and families passing through the Rocky's, absolutely make a stop here whenever you can!

Colorado Animal Rescue
2801 Co Rd 114, Glenwood SpringsI am blown away by CARE. The level of care, training, and overall organization there is exceptional.
You can tell that the staff and trainers truly love these animals. It really shows in how they work with the more challenging or timid dogs—watching a nervous pup completely turn around and become a big old love bug under their care is just awesome to see.
A $200 adoption fee is a steal for how well-cared-for these animals are. They handle all the core medical prep, spay/neuter, microchipping, and whatever dental or medical attention the animal needs before going to its new home.
If you’re looking to adopt, I can't recommend CARE enough. They’re doing incredible work for our community!
