The pizzas are some of my favorites in the valley, and I truly appreciate that whenever I bring my pup and sit on the patio, they always bring her a water bowl without me even having to ask.
I've also been to two of their Tuesday night live music events, and both have been fantastic. Great music, food, people, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Mezzaluna is one of those places I find myself coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Butch's Lobster Shack
144 Midland Ave, BasaltButch’s is the best. I’m a Basalt local and this is one of the only places in the valley that is keeping the local vibe alive. It’s got the only live lobster tanks in the valley and everything on the menu slaps, but really, it’s about the service and laid-back atmosphere, especially at the bar, where Jesse will make you feel like a long-lost friend. If I ever move away, this is the one place I’d be sure to come back to. Highly recommend the frozen margaritas on a hot day and happy hour deals.
