48 E Beaver Creek Blvd, AvonWe came on a Saturday night (prom night) and they fit us in We ordered lobster ravioli, pesto pasta, sea bass with artichoke and leak puree. Also ordered an arugula salad with a berry ice cream as an appetizer. Pasta is hand made and you can tell.
The flavors were original and spot on. So, so good. We overate and really enjoyed it. The meal ended with some espresso and a house made lemoncello.

It is a resort nested far away in the mountains. 80 degrees water at three swimming pool all year. 5 stars for quiet clean and spacious rooms and for the staff here. Nespresso coffee machines here are great. I visit this Ritz almost every year in the fall. From an ex-Mainer, fall in Colorado mountains is marvelous. Waking up here smelling the fire places ejecting nice fragrance from burning Colorado wood and the smell of pine trees is something priceless. Coming back.

82 E Beaver Creek Blvd, AvonI ate at Ein Prosit in Avon once in the past, and overall it was a pretty average experience. The food was okay, but I think it could be a bit better to match the atmosphere and beer selection.
One of the highlights is definitely the great selection of beer. It is a nice place to stop in for a drink, and they seem to attract a good crowd, which gives the place a fun and social feel.
The service was just okay. Not bad, but not especially attentive or memorable either. Overall, Ein Prosit has potential, especially because of the beer selection and atmosphere, but the food and service could use some improvement.

100 W Beaver Creek Blvd, AvonA great sports bar with excellent drink and food choices. They have multiple televisions to watch a wide range of sports from nearly every seat in the bar area.
The drink options are great, with plenty of the stock and standard drinks you'll find in any bar. But they also have some specialty cocktails that are great.
I highly recommend trying the White Enchiladas. They are stunningly good!
