Rocky Mountain Taco
291 Main Street, MinturnI had the carnitas burrito. It was one of the best burritos I've had in a long time. It came out fast and piping hot. The hot sauce/sour cream bar was a great addition. It had so much flavor and was very filling. The prices are great, it was $12 and $1 to add beans to it. It was fairly busy and after eating there I could see why.

Minturn Saloon
146 Main Street, MinturnWe happened on to the Saloon while attending the Saturday Farmers Market in Minturn. On our last night in the Vail Valley we went for dinner. It was exceptional. Cat our server was excellent. The chips and salsa with guacamole were perfect. But the star of the show was the Waygu Flatiron Steak. This is a don't miss if you enjoy beef. And finally the Cast Iron Cookie was also a home run. Congrats to Chefs Julie and Shane for a wonderful dinner. We'll be back next summer! Thanks
