“I have always come to this store for years, even after I moved 40 mins away. Other stores are mostly rude and impatient, one even caused damage to my phone because of imcompetence. Not Cherry Hills. I had and iphone problem and visited on 8/2/2026. Service Representaive John was professional, knowledgable, and very patient. He diligently went through the process and fixed my wife's iPhone. Not to mention he is a true gentleman. He is an asset to the ATT organization and an example of what outstanding customer service should be. Hire more people like him and your company will do well. He explained all my options, walked me through the steps with the new plan, and even helped resolve when an issue came up with keeping my current number. “Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep.
They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”
“My girlfriend’s phone went black unexpectedly. I called for a quote - went in 10 minutes after. It was a GREAT price, FAST repair and very friendly team.

“We recently stopped by the store to transfer our existing cell numbers from Xfinitiy to Cricket. Valentina was extremely helpful and super nice. She got us set up 2 new lines with our existing Samsung phones. I highly recommend Cricket, especially this location with Valentina. We did not have such luck with customer service at another location earlier that day.”

“I brought my phone in for a battery replacement. I ended up having to leave it there for a while ( +24 h) , but the people at Yakety Yak did everything they could to resolve the issue with the battery and the phone.
Be prepared to live without your phone for a bit, or have another one available so they can reach you.
They’ll give you a call when it’s done. You just need to be patient. I'd recommend them, great service!”
