4855 A Thompson Pkwy, JohnstownWe are new to the area and looked for a cat specific vet. We have 3 cats and we are extremely pleased with Dr Buckholtz and staff. From making the appointment to paying our bill every person was pleasant and professional. Both Ryan, the vet tech and Dr Buckholtz was extremely thorough, thoughtful and kind. We have 2 easy cats and one orange male who can be very spicey with anyone touching his backside and trimming nails. Dr B was so patient and understanding and took all the time we needed to get his exam done. Slowly went through each of the cats and gave very thorough exams. Taught us how to trim the cats nails and showed us how to shave mats out of them. Never did we feel rushed. We are thrilled with this vet and staff. Highly recommend!!

I don't even like Starbucks but I go with it solely because of the staff. They deal with my frantic days, my I'm Exhausted days, and my days when nothing sounds good. Even when the Door Dasher is an hour late picking up my order, they remade it because they know i like my coffee hot. Always remember, staff can make the difference in keeping customers. Thank you for always being there when I'm in need of the bean juice for survival.
