304 Franklin St, NiwotMy dog loves coming to Left Hand. He is so relaxed he lies down patiently waiting for staff. The veterinarians are all warm, caring and attentive. They never push unnecessary tests or procedures, and clearly view vet medicine as preventive. Everyone from front desk to tech assistants are cheerful, friendly and supportive. I have had two beloved dogs cross the rainbow bridge, and I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the loving and empathic care they took with us. You and your pet will feel welcome and well cared for.

6778 N 79th St, NiwotIt seems we're post-peak in craft beer and I welcome this... There have been far too many mediocre beer companies that chased the market. Fritz is definitely not one of these. I absolutely LOVE what Fritz is doing. Their commitment to quality and precision in their product is clear even before you take your first sip. My initial visit was when I accidentally stumbled upon them while waiting for my wife to finish a class nearby. They had FOUR different pilsners on the menu! I miss the days when small brewers would make a refined, well thought out pilsner over a puddle of hop mush. To their credit, however, they do keep a decent variety of styles on tap outside of traditional curations. Anyone who cares about the quality of their beer that's not simply chasing hopped up three digit IBUs or ABV over 15% will appreciate this place. It's also just a great place to hang with a kid/dog friendly patio and great food whenever CRUAGH is there. This is a true hidden GEM. I'm thrilled about their 5 year anniversary and hope for many more years of doing things right!

7960 Niwot Rd, NiwotI stopped in on Sunday morning 3/29 after a long overnight shift. I ordered the shredded beef chimichanga. It was crispy and the beef was tender. I did however have to ask for lettuce as there were a few pieces along with a small amount of cheese. The lunch was very good overall. I also ordered flan to go. It was much thicker and less custard like than other flan but had good flavor. I'll definitely be back to try other options.
