“I recommend purchasing a laptop from PC City because the after purchase help is always available. I have had three laptops from PC City, one I donated to a school. The oldest one is 12 years old and is still working well. If I have a problem, I go to the store and have PC City trouble shoot and tell me what is needed. You can also have the laptop scrubbed or cleaned for a reasonable price. I do not have to worry about buying from a seller who does not give follow up service and forgets about customer service.Ron and Linda Beck”
