“This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible.
I was left very satisfied.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”
“UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”

“HONEST community shop!! Kevin and Christian in the front are an example of A++ customer service. I had the opportunity to witness them working with both customers and vendors with the utmost patience, knowledge and thoroughness. Tyler paid close attention to detail during my inspection and listed upcoming services in order of priority. “My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“Been going to A&H for 25years now ever since I got my first car at 17. I can’t even begin to say how GREAT this shop is, Gene and his team have always been friendly, honest, and most importantly a trustworthy source for quality auto repair. I have sent numerous friends, co-workers (who to this day still thank me for referring them) my wife, my parents all go to A&H because they know they will be taken care of and don’t have to worry about the ridiculous prices and shady dealings of going to a stealership. Have had a few issues with our Xterra and now Cody and team have been helping us out and also been a pleasure to work with delivering quality work. “At my last oil change a different Jiffy Lube than this store they forgot to put in the air filter that I purchased. I drove 5000 miles with no air filter in my car. Fortunately, this Jiffy Lube discovered the error however during the confusion I almost drove away again with no air filter in my car.
Check to make sure they do the work they say they’re going to do and you’ll be fine.
The previous Jiffy Lube we forgot to put my air filter in the first place is located in Kansas City. I’m trying now to get a refund for the air filter. They never put in my car but charged me for.”
“Christian Automotive truly went above and beyond for my family. My daughter is stranded in Colorado and their team was so kind, patient, and understanding of the situation. They helped her with a shuttle back to her friend’s house while they diagnosed the vehicle, and then followed up with a very thorough inspection and explanation of what was going on.
They didn’t just throw random repairs at it -they walked us through what fixes would be best to get her back home safely to Texas, which I appreciated so much as a parent.

I had some work done on my car by a different company and let’s just say, it was below standard, and unsafe.
I went to Brakes Plus hoping they could help fix whatever the last company did to my car, and they not only fixed the issue, actually “issues”, but they exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service. I felt like I had known them for years. Not only were they transparent, honest and just GOOD caring people, but Joselynn actually recommended I change my tires as they were super low on tread going into winter. I knew they were but I just didn’t want to part with money. I thought about the safety of my children being in my car and said let’s do it. So whilst I was there, John said if I call up Discount Tire, we can run the wheels over to them and have them changed whilst my brakes were being done. John offered to take me in his personal vehicle to get these tires of mine done, because it was EASIER FOR ME! I mean talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I had new rotors, brake pads, alignment, windshield wipers and an oil change done and my god, my car feels brand new again, and most of all, SAFE!!
Ben worked on my car and he was such a GOOD person and technician.
Whilst I was there for around 5 hours getting all of this done, I would overhear customers coming in saying how other places are charging them ridiculous prices and services, and can they check it out. One of the customers for example I spoke to said a place was quoting around $5000 for some work, Brakes Plus found the issue and it wouldn’t cost nowhere near $5000, also the issue they quoted wouldn’t have even really fixed it. These days we need to take care of our money, people ripping us off left right and center.
John, Joselynn, Ben and team will have your back. If you want to pay a good price and know it’s good quality work by people WHO ACTUALLY CARE, trust me and go see them!!!
