The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. “My check engine light came on so I took it to the Volkswagen dealership. They told me that it needed $2.7k in repairs. The car was driving fine and I felt uneasy (the report said outdated code). A friend recommended EAS tire and auto. I came here hoping for a better experience and I GOT IT! They said I didn’t need anything the dealer recommended but showed me a belt that was cracked ($300) which wasn’t on the report. It’s been a long time since I was happy getting my car fixed.”

“Been going to A&H for 25years now ever since I got my first car at 17. I can’t even begin to say how GREAT this shop is, Gene and his team have always been friendly, honest, and most importantly a trustworthy source for quality auto repair. I have sent numerous friends, co-workers (who to this day still thank me for referring them) my wife, my parents all go to A&H because they know they will be taken care of and don’t have to worry about the ridiculous prices and shady dealings of going to a stealership. “The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and great at communicating what was happening and how long the wait would be. The two men working on my car were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and they let me know that there was something that needed to be fixed that I hadn’t planned on having done. They also informed me that it was something that was a pretty big deal and that I could go somewhere else or I could wait, but then it would be worse for my car and that it wasn’t just them trying to get money out of me and the fact alone that they even would say something like that made me realize that they really meant what they were saying, but just to be sure I called my boyfriend before giving them an answer because he is a mechanic and he said they were definitely telling the truth and that if they didn’t fix what they needed to in my car, it could’ve been a disaster!!! So needless to say these employees helped me avoid a complete mess and something that would’ve ended up costing me way more in the long run so I would say that they are very open and honest and trustworthy and they’re not gonna try and upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need if they tell you that you need something done…i would believe them because it could just save your car !! Anyhow, this will be the only place that I go to for oil changes from here on out?”

And I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
I had some work done on my car by a different company and let’s just say, it was below standard, and unsafe.
I went to Brakes Plus hoping they could help fix whatever the last company did to my car, and they not only fixed the issue, actually “issues”, but they exceeded my expectations with their exemplary customer service. I felt like I had known them for years. Not only were they transparent, honest and just GOOD caring people, but Joselynn actually recommended I change my tires as they were super low on tread going into winter. I knew they were but I just didn’t want to part with money. I thought about the safety of my children being in my car and said let’s do it. So whilst I was there, John said if I call up Discount Tire, we can run the wheels over to them and have them changed whilst my brakes were being done. John offered to take me in his personal vehicle to get these tires of mine done, because it was EASIER FOR ME! I mean talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND!
I had new rotors, brake pads, alignment, windshield wipers and an oil change done and my god, my car feels brand new again, and most of all, SAFE!!
Ben worked on my car and he was such a GOOD person and technician.
Whilst I was there for around 5 hours getting all of this done, I would overhear customers coming in saying how other places are charging them ridiculous prices and services, and can they check it out. One of the customers for example I spoke to said a place was quoting around $5000 for some work, Brakes Plus found the issue and it wouldn’t cost nowhere near $5000, also the issue they quoted wouldn’t have even really fixed it. These days we need to take care of our money, people ripping us off left right and center.
John, Joselynn, Ben and team will have your back. If you want to pay a good price and know it’s good quality work by people WHO ACTUALLY CARE, trust me and go see them!!!

“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
