“I just discovered the Satellite Board Shop (close to the Valmont and 30th street intersection). They've been in business for 22 years and I'm bummed that I didn't know about them sooner. I've easily driven by their shop thousands of times and never payed attention enough to notice their shop... Definitely look for them on the south side of Valmont as you pass 30th street when you're headed east on Valmont. The good news is that a friend mentioned that I should check them out to get some help with trying to get my snowboard situation figured out. They are by far the best snowboard/skateboard/sneaker business I've been in. So glad that I found them and I can avoid the large corporate stores that have similar products but lack the expertise and outstanding customer service/support that Satellite has. Another major plus shopping there is that it's a locally owned business and the money I spend there will stay in our community. The customer service is outstanding and they work hard to make sure that customers get what they need in regards to getting me set up on the right board that meets my needs, ability level, price range... Jess and Shira were great to work with and they took lots of time (and patience) to work me through the purchasing/setup process. Just wish I found them sooner. I highly recommend them and definitely no need to shop anywhere else!”

“I did not go to the Newton Flagship Store, but I just had an experience with customer service and wanted to make sure that others knew about it. I just bought some Gravity 12s from the online store and I wore them a few times. I noticed that the sole of the heel was coming loose. I took a picture of it and sent it to customer service. I never heard back from them and I was getting frustrated with them. After about a week, I decided that I may need to find another running shoe. I got home from work one day earlier this week and there was a brand new pair of sneakers at the house! They were the same exact color and size! Nice! Thank you Newton!”
“The trade home shoes store in the flatirons mall is the best shoe store around. The manager and staff are completely educated to every shoe in the house, and they custom fit you and all of the attention is on pleasing your feet. I highly recommend.”

“Anthropologie in Boulder offers a fantastic shopping experience with a beautiful, well-curated selection of clothing, home goods, and unique gifts. The store ambiance is welcoming and stylish, making browsing a real pleasure. The only downside was that I couldn’t use my birthday coupon on sale or some special items, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the quality and variety make it worth a visit. Friendly staff and great finds—definitely recommend stopping by!”
“I had such a great experience at Maurices in Broomfield CO, thanks to Alena! I was looking for a top I really liked, but it wasn’t available in my size — or so we thought. Alena had already told me they didn’t have it, but after I went into the dressing room, she actually went out of her way to search the entire store just in case. When I came out, she had found the exact top in my size — it was in a completely different section! She absolutely didn’t have to go that extra mile, but she did, and it made my day. Thank you, Alena, for your kindness and incredible customer service!”
“Bailey and Heather are incredible. They helped me pick out the perfect dress and jewelry set for my Grandfather’s funeral. They were so kind and genuine and supportive, they didn’t make me feel obligated to buy anything at all— instead they were so friendly, I left to look at another store and immediately went back because I would rather spend my money with them! I really appreciated how you went out of your way to pick out jewelry that came to mind as an accent. Would have been lost these past two months without you! Bailey leads an incredible team. “I had to go to the mall to get something fixed with my phone and I had to wait for two hours. I went into half the stores and Alexis/Lexi was the best worker out of every store I went into. She's informative, good at giving personal knowledge and experience with the products she was selling. I would know since I did retail for ten years! If I wasn't particular about what socks I like I would have bought those with my shoes. Not sure her title but she deserves a raise.”

“The customer service at this location is amazing! Everyone was great from the moment my sister and I walked in the store. The staff assisted us with sizes, made recommendations, and went above and beyond to help my sister, who has extreme difficulty walking. She was visiting from out of town and forgot her walker...but she didn't need to get more sizes on her own. The wonderful staff did everything to make the experience a positive one for her!
