I would be lying if I said that i didn’t plan another trip to Colorado centered around getting a Lucy in the sea on the rosemary bagel from here. I genuinely crave this bagel everyday and no lox bagel in Dfw has came anywhere near comparable.

Uncle Sam's Pancake House
341 Manitou Ave, Manitou SpringsAll in all Uncle Sam's always hits really good.. Their breakfast food is a bit better than their lunch and their in house fries are quite bad (fresh potatoes just fried so they're limp and greasy and often underdone). But we've eaten there many times and we'll keep going back. My Mom lived Uncle Sam's before she passed away so we always love eating here and feeling nostalgic.. I'll even order what she would have gotten just to remember her a little more. Keep up the good work everyone!!

If you are visiting the area to go to the top of Pikes Peak and hear about those donuts, don't even waste your money! Save your money for Rocky Mountain Beignets and devour the amazingness that they are. Cute ambiance, nice people and servers, and an adorable little doggie too!

9 Capitol Hill Ave, Manitou SpringsWhat a gem this place is! We went to the castle January 28, 2026 for the four course dinner and wine paring. It was an amazing time. The food was delicious, the staff was so very attentive and the whole experience was top notch! I can't believe I have never been here!!! This place will forever be on my list to take my guests that come in from out of town if even just for the tour. The history is of this place is fascinating. Talk to the staff, ask questions. They have a wealth of informational history to give.

Everything came out fresh and tasted great - the burgers are handmade, not frozen! Definitely recommend when in Manitou (especially if you just hiked that incline ?)

717 Manitou Ave, Manitou SpringsCame here for our first wedding anniversary. Awesome place to come for lunch on a Monday afternoon. They have a patio out back and it's nice to be outside but not on display. There are a few little areas and one has a fire pit. Super friendly and informative stuff. Really loved the pineapple mimosa and the baked brie bacon and apple sandwich. Most everything here is made from scratch and would definitely come back.

919 Manitou Ave, Manitou SpringsWe came for the first time to see the coffin race and they had their seats out. Best seats. We had all intentions on spending money there since we knew we were taking up a table for the parade/race. I had the raspberry lemonade and it was really good. Not sweet. The turkey basil crepe was really good as well. I'd definitely have lunch there any other day. Thanks guys for letting us take up space. The place it self is small but so cute. Service is fast snd efficient.

The process was quick but thorough, making sure I was aware of Sophia's personality and her med needs. They partner with several local vets ; one which I have used for several years and highly respect.
