“Maggie's was a great local find for a particularly difficult shipping experience for me and she couldn't have been more helpful. I'd needed to ship a number of large boxes overseas and was directed to Maggie's by my Dad who's previous experience with this shoppe had been work related. After a phone conversation that cleared up a number of my questions Maggie's was able to help me secure the shipping I needed to get my items to their destination. Thanks for such great help, friendly service, and making a stressful experience such a relief.”
“I would like to say that the Customer Service at the UPS Fort Carson location is amazing. Last week, when I went to pick up the mail. The UPS employee, Vivi, was exceptionally kind & attentive when I came in. I also forgot my mailbox key, & I know she was busy, but she was very kind to take a moment and grab that for me.
Also, about 2 months ago, I was trying to obtain a visitor's pass & the line was very long. I did come early, but the process was a little longer than I expected. I was just about to miss the cutoff for closing time. I called the UPS Store, and Vivi stayed an extra 10 to 15 minutes to make sure I could grab a very important package. She did not have to do that. I understand she probably had other things to do on her Saturday, but she made my day & I was very grateful for her patience. To highlight the customer service is amazing there. I know my mail is in good hands with employees like Vivi.

“My family has been with Cascade Post office for almost 20 yrs. I had a package that was lost by Florissant Post Office and it was from England and Ryan found it and had it shipped to his post office and we were so grateful that he was able to find it and get it back on track for us here at Cascade. They are very caring and went the extra step to get our mail back for us. Thank you very much.”
“My package was not able to be delivered today because there was not a gate code on the package, so they sent the package back to the service point. I called at 5 pm and they didnt answer however they called me back 5 minutes lates, asked them if they had my package, they said they did.
This kind lady (which I forgot to ask her name) gifted me 40 minutes of her life waiting for me to arrive and collect my package. It was very important because it contained my passport and I have to travel on tuesday at 9 am from Denver, DHL was showing me I would be able to get tuesday by the end of the day because of the Labor day hollidar. My plans would have been extremely altered if it wasnt for this kind lady.
I appreciate your kindness and I assure you it will be passed along. Thanks.”

Then today we had an important package that my MIL put the wrong address on and I called and talked to I think her name was Margo or Margret (please don’t hate me if I’m wrong ?) and she was able to get a hold of the carrier and make sure I got my package. I will be forever thankful because other wise it’d be an even bigger headache since it was our car tags/registration.”
“In April 2026, I had a speaking engagement with the Domestic Violence Task Force for El Paso County and needed brochures for my business. I had placed an order with another print shop, but when I arrived in the rain to pick them up, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed, despite my confirmation email saying the order was ready. My speech was in two hours, and I was in a complete bind.
I ran across the street to FedEx Office, and Chelsea and Jamal immediately stepped in and turned everything around. They prioritized my order right away, reassured me, and even helped me print my speech notes so I could be fully prepared. Their kindness, urgency, and professionalism made all the difference in a very stressful moment.
Not only was the service incredible, but the brochures came out beautifully. The colors were vibrant, the quality was excellent, and they helped me quickly choose the right paper to make everything look polished and professional. I made it to my speech on time, confident and prepared, and I’ve continued to use those same brochures at other events.
Because of Chelsea and Jamal, I had a completely seamless experience when I needed it most. You’ve gained a customer for life. It truly is that easy with FedEx Office. You send your files, and they take care of the rest. Thank you both for stepping up the way you did. I am so grateful.”

“I've been selling books on Amazon for about a year. I find this post office the BEST in the entire city of Colorado Springs. Why do I say this you ask? The clerks are friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that they know me and still ask for my ID when I use my credit card etc. I find them to be by the book and helpful at the same time. I was in the PO on the north end of town by Chapel Hills. I stood 30 minutes in the line with one clerk to handle the line that eventually went out the door. This office is busy and friendly, what more do you want?”
