“Employee was great at helping me to replace my old phone which had Quit. I didn’t think the choices for cases was what it should be. That’s inventory not employee. It isn’t his job to do a really difficult job of pairing with old watch. I spent 3 hours at Genius Bar in Park Meadows trying to get everything set up and it is their job! Changing passwords at a location other than home isn’t anything a sales person fir AT&T should have to do”
“I was referred by the Apple Store because I’m rough on my screen protectors. I purchased a case a screen protector, pop socket for my new phone and Brandon had my screen protector applied with case on before I knew it and I was done in minutes. Amazing”
