“Came in at around 4:05pm on a Friday and was out in less than 10 minutes. I was expecting to have to get the USB-C charging port on my Pixel 4A replaced. Nope, not at all. Spoke with Kyle he looked at my phone for like 10 seconds and he said it just looked dusty. So he took my phone to the back and about 3 minutes later he comes back out and said yeah it was pretty dusty. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. Gave him a fist bump and walked out the door. I will be back 100% for sure. Thanks Kyle!”

“The staff is great, it would be a5 star rating if there were more staff to help customers. Both people that were there were working their tails off and are so nice and knowledgeable. Too bad AT&T doesn't care enough about them and providing better service. I will go to this location whenever needed because of the staff. Thank you!”

“My daughter and I planned on upgrading our phones and getting one for my grandson. Jeret and James were amazing and we got some really good deals on the phones. We are not sure why yet, but the phone for my grandson worked well except that it couldn't place a call. Jeret and James stayed two hours beyond closing to try to find out why. My daughter told Jeret that we would leave, and see what we could do over the weekend, then go back on Monday if it doesn't work right.”
