“The service at this post office is absolutely incredible. The employees are always so kind and take the time to help you figure out the best (and most cost effective) way to mail your packages. We frequently come in with many packages at once and they are always so patient and encouraging about it (it's all for our small business).”
“While I'm not a fan of the USPS in general (bad experiences with lost packages), the employees at the Cheyenne Mountain location are always super friendly and helpful. So much so, that I'm surprised that some of these negative reviews. I wonder if they are referencing a different location?”
“All these bad reviews, I don't get it. I've been coming here for many years and no issues. We have done passports here too, no trouble at all. No experience with the post boxes. The lines are long and slow, but I'm paying attention and it always seems to me it's the customers who are coming in rude and difficult. I love my mail person of 11 years, he's so great! No issues with mail coming in or out. Just had to post this more positive review because I want the employees to know that some of us see you, some of us get it.”

“Yes the wait is a bit long (about 7-10 minutes) but considering how short staffed they are, the amount of patience they showed and the thoroughness of my experience was worth the wait. I had an issue with my one and only key being sucked up into the car wash vacuum and needed my box rekeyed, my mail held and information and application for my passport. I kinda felt bad for the people behind me but I was there to conduct serious business. Some of them could’ve used the kiosk.
Cut these folks a break. They are actually doing the best they can.”
“I personally have a great time here, the post office folks get the job done and as quick as they can. They’re often bombarded with lots of people and because it’s a government job sometimes there are online issues like change of address or packages lost in transit which are both unfortunate but a lot of times it’s out of their control! They’re doing their best and should be treated with respect, I go here almost daily because I have an online business and have never had an issue”

“I’ve never reviewed a post office before, but I had to give this five stars as a more current or recent update on the expected experience for anyone trying to find a quick, efficient, and pleasant experience with almost no one in line. If you can get on Peterson spaceforce base, I recommend this Location. Just make sure that your packages are fully sealed and fully addressed before approaching the counter and you will have no problems. Go Army, beat Navy…”
