“Did a quick Google search for Fromm’s dog food and Riley’s popped up with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I went here! I've never walked into a pet store and felt right at home and so well taken care of. I found my dog food and a dog olivewood treat. You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!”

“I have never visited the store before. The gals in the store were professional and friendly! Very attentive. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. Wanted a high quality, normal but still unique, dog collar for my 9 month old puppy. Found exactly what I was looking for ~ K9 Explorer Reflective Adjustable dog collar. Solid material and beautiful and strong hardware with an easy side release buckle and leash ring. Purchased the matching leash with a quick release claw-like clasp. Super cool metal color on both products (gunmetal). Won’t fall apart like the other pet stores. A++ all around! ?”

“Wow, what a nice experience to walk into a store and know right away that you are not a number but a new client who is worth taking the time to engage with AND to share all that is available. Most places stay behind the counter and ring you up and say "thanks" in a very dry manner - it's nice to be noticed and have it made known that they are happy to help with any of your needs....like really happy to do so! I just relocated up here in Castle Rock and I like it more and more!”

“I took my 16 week old Goldendoodle, Samson in for his first cut, and Caitlin M. was his groomer. I have to admit at first I was skeptical about taking him here, but upon meeting Caitlin, I quickly changed how I was feeling. She was super nice, knowledgable, and very professional which gave me a sense of ease and confidence in her skills. Samson turned out exactly how I wanted him to, even with him giving her a little trouble. I would definitely recommend going to her. 10/10!”

“Went in for a grooming session for our dog, Sammi. My groomer called me just 2 hours later and I picked her up. As soon as I saw Sammi I knew the groomer did not do a good job. The cut was uneven, not as short as I had asked, her tail was a mess and her paw fur was messy as well. I called and asked to talked to the manager, Jamie. She told me to come back in and she'd make Sammi look pretty. Jamie was super-apologetic and made me feel validated. She thanked me for calling and letting her know of my experience. This way she can talk to the groomer and train them better. In the end, Sammi did look beautiful. It was a lot of driving and waiting for me, but Jamie made up for the inconvenience with her professionalism and graciousness.”
“Been coming to this location for a little over 2 years now, and each and every visit is phenomenal. Always greeted when I walk in and on my way out. Genuinely haven't been to a better pet store in a long time. They honor their return system, if for any reason the treats/food are expired or not enjoyed by your pup, they honor it. “Our previous groomer retired. I made an appointment with Ivey for today at Petco, and she groomed our two senior, rescue shih tzus. They've never come back from a grooming this relaxed or pretty.
I wholeheartedly recommend this young woman. Wish I could give her 6 ?”
“They are always helpful, and their animals and fish seem healthy. When I needed a price adjustment on catfood because they didn't have enough inventory to complete the "Buy 12 get 3 free" offer, they informed the cashiers via headset and they knew exactly what to do without me having to explain it. Very efficient!”
