“I went to the Verizon on 92and and Sheridan and the worker there tried to upsell me the iPhone 17 and told me my new monthly bill would be close to 215$ I told him absolutely not and that he’s out of his mind! Haha luckily I went to the Verizon on Wadsworth where I met my hero for the day. Nick was fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. Traded in my old device and got the iPhone 17 with a much better monthly rate! Absolutely recommend coming here!”

“Highly recommend this place! My husband and I passed by to update our cellphones and had a great experience. I had been here a couple of years ago to unlock my phone and was pleasantly surprised that the OG owners were still around. They made sure to compare specs for me on 2 different phones I liked, and once I chose the phone I wanted, they transferred everything over to my new phone so that I wouldn't have to transfer everything over at home. Really liked that their phones come with a warranty and they will fix it if something isn't working (which was my husband's case). Overall, Great experience, still a mom/pop shop with great folk, and fair pricing. Definitely recommend them to others.”
“Things went great. My phone needed a new usb port and they repaired it in a day and they had great service. I guess it was a little expensive though.
Over a decade later I had to return. I could tell the guy who helped me knew what he was doing and I cannot argue with free diagnosis.”

“I was taken care of very well at the Flatiron location. They were vey busy and prioritized my issue. I had a mix up with the wrong color phone from a different temp agent at a Target and brought it in to swap it out for the color I wanted. They didn't have the white one but were able to ship it to me after canceling my first port and moving it over to another at their store. Everyone at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10.”

Also - GET RID OF THE AI CRAP!! Yall are going to lose customers and almost lost my business today because the AI customer service chatbot told me I’d only get $130 to trade in my phone. Jacob got me a deal for $830 to trade in my phone and was the only reason I didn’t spend my money over at the Apple Store.”

“Christopher provided outstanding customer service at AT&T. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and attentive to every customer coming through the door, all while actively helping others. I came in needing help activating my phone, and since I did not have access to a working phone at the time, the process was tricky. Christopher stayed patient, calm, and solution focused the entire time. He seemed to know every possible workaround and “trick” to get things figured out, which made such a stressful situation feel manageable.
What impressed me most was how kind, respectful, and professional he remained throughout the entire experience. He never made me feel rushed or frustrated, even with the extra challenges involved. I left feeling genuinely cared for as a customer. Christopher is an incredible employee, and AT&T is lucky to have someone with his level of skill, professionalism, and customer care.”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

“Amazing service by Maria! I came in to activate a new phone to an existing line but I had forgotten my pin password, and maria helped me with the process to create another one. It was not easy fast because she had to call metro customer service or some kind of number and go through some identity verification. I was so relief I didn’t have to do that on my own Maria was so patient and very nice the whole time. The only reason why I will come to this metro again!”
